I went to the Indian Visa Passport Center to see if they can help me in getting a PAN card. I was charmed the minute I entered their office. It is particularly clean and organized. Both Arunaji and Artiji are extremely cordial people. They explained to me upfront what I can expect from them in dealing with the process, how much it would cost and how long it could take. Their honest disclosure was quite appealing to me. Moreover, I had to submit a photo for the application. Arunaji took the photograph with a simple iphone and I was amazed in seeing myself. Arunaji is such an excellent photographer better than other professional photographers that I know of. My visit to the center was short, but their prompt efficient services enabled me to get the card home delivered from India to the US in no time. I want to send a thank you note to the entire team of Visa Passport Center. I had known them for a long time since 2022. I first approached them to get the Indian OCI card for my daughter. They were meticulous and thorough with all the processes that needs to be taken care as part of the OCI process. My daughter received her OCI on time and since then my travel to India has been so much at ease. Also, recently I reached out to them for renewing my India passport.
