02/17/2023 about 9pm, not rowdy just came from dinner drinking tea.. Some sort of Guinness promo going on, we’re sold a Guinness and told about the printer. We’re unaware there was a Guinness rep who was MIA that was handling the printing.
Friend tells my partner to go print something on his Guinness, she’s goes to machine which was straightforward and begins printing. Angry beanie/goatee white male bartender and/or barback sees and starts yelling and cursing that she shouldn’t touch things that are not hers. This dude was straight up rude, aggressive and should re-evaluate how he speaks to his patrons or anyone really.

There’s a right way to handle the situation (“Im sorry it wasn’t clear but the Guinness rep is handling the printing, standby we’ll get them over here”) and clearly the staff chose the wrong and combative way to handle. Put a sign...

The bartender told us that no dogs were allowed in, then blatantly contradicted that in front of us. Safe to say we'll never return, and we'll tell everyone we know not to go either. And we urge you, reader of this Google review, not to patronize...

Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate, he makes you feel right at home. It's a place where you can lose...
