The lane I was bowling on kept refusing to return the balls. We must've called for more than 10 ball returns. We called so much the poor mechanic at the back just stayed behind our lane to roll the balls back for us flintstone style for a game or two. At least until the ball returning mechanism at the front also broke, so he then had to then come fix that as well. Which we waited 30 minutes for. Yes I timed it. I have a lot of tolerance but this was getting absurd. I finally went up to the front desk and straight up asked if they minded comping us an additional hour. At which point the lady and male at the front scoffed at me and essentially accused me of lying as if all the mechanical failures accumulated to that amount of time.
First of all, it did. Second of all, you're not just comping back my time I lost to bowl, you should also be comping back my time wasted sitting around doing nothing. I have other things to do outside of your bowling alley that your delays cost us as well you know? I'm not sure if it was out of pride or petty, but after a little more explaining to her how the time added up, she decided to give me back 50 minutes. Not 60, 50. I guess 10 minutes was worth dying on the hill for, even though at least a third of the lanes weren't even filled? And it's not like they didn't know I was having all these troubles. I even walked up to them multiple times outside of the service calls.
To add the cherry on top, after I got the 50 minutes back. We must've lost back another 20 - 25 minutes because the bar kept refusing to go up. We must've called service another 10 times. They must've realized that at the front. After realizing how wrong they were with their earlier inappropriate insinuation, they didn't even have enough humility to offer an apology I guess.
Considering the audacity and lack of need to check with anyone else, I have a hunch I dealt with the owner's wife. Do better. Hope that 10 minute hill was...

JUST BE CAREFUL OF HOLIDAY SPECIALS
I called multiple times and spoke to a woman & Man (supposedly Manager), who confirmed Dec 26,2017 to Dec 29,2017 The Half Off applies to the $65 Bowling Lane Offer. And that I should reserve online and pay $25 (which will be deducted from Total when we come in to Bowl)
So $65 was supposed to be $32.50 I arrive at Jib Lanes and now I'm told the special is $80 (Online it says $65 And When I called multiple times I was told $65) Pay $40
When I asked the woman at the desk, she decides to suck her teeth, her lack of interest to even consider to listen to what I'm trying to say THAT WAS RUDE. But then I figured, she is just an employee, Upper Management knows what's going on.
It is just a matter of 8dollars but if its that SMALL why lie for this amount online and over the phone
Why misguided customers with incorrect information
To top it, I purchased the $29.99 Combo Platter (chicken fingers, wings, fries, pitcher of soda), seemed like they wanted to stick me with the Pizza Combo (pizza and pitcher of soda)
SAFER TO GET GROUPON PACK - $40 for 4 people, 2 games...

I am a parent of a child on the Autism spectrum. Today I accompanied my child's class on a school trip to jib Lanes Bowling Alley. Once we arrived at 10:00 AM. Management refused to open the lanes until every single child was seated. Our school was one of multiple schools in attendance so needless to say that the establishment did not have enough seating available for the amount of students in attendance. After waiting for over 20 minutes with excited and anxious children, management finally decided to start the machines and open the lanes. After the children were finally allowed to start playing one of the children walked onto one of the lanes and was quickly retrieved and safely escorted back to their seat by school staff. Jib Lanes Management immediately began to scream and shout in a loud and aggrassive voice over the public announcement speakers, scaring the children. He began threatening the children, stating that if one more child walks into a lane he would shut down all of the machines and all of the lanes and kick all of the classes out of his...
