Kid City — Attraction in New York

One name, SABRINA! She is the most sweetest and helpful customer service associate I have ever met in my life! She's the only one I go to when I shop there! She's been helping me shop and will take hours to make sure me and other customers are satisfied! She can multitask between multiple customers all at once! Im impressed with her skills, and just when I think I found a cheap price, she helps me find it again even cheaper! I save so much money here because of her and I shop for 6 kids at one time! The prices are great, the clothes are great! I've been shopping here with Sabrina help for the last 4 or 5 years and im pleased every time! Someone please give her a raise, she deserves it! She makes this store and long shopping experience so worth it! God...

I went to this location on 11/04/24 and the store was so clean and neat. I was able to find very cute and affordable clothes for my son. The staff was very friendly on the first floor but once I got to the second floor the women who were floating around and stocking the clothes were just following me as if I was going to take something. I asked them for help and all of a sudden they stopped following me. Just like with most clothing stores they have plenty of stuff for girls and it’s on every floor but they do have a very nice boys section even some toys make it to the front for boys but the girls swallow up a lot of the floor space with gloss and hair products. Still a great store spent $47 and got 9 2 piece sets for my son. He’s happy...

I put my shopping bag at the counter with 2 parcels inside.After shopping at kid city one parcel was stolen.Only the baggage handler had access to my bag.A warning to persons especially with rolling shopping bag be on the alert..So sad.I don't want this to happen to another customer.
