I know a lot of people post good reviews for the customer service. However, it would make sense why they try to upkeep their service. It’s because they sell clothing and shoes that are NOT authentic. The shoes are not the real brand and they sell it for the real brand price. It also makes sense why they do not allow any refunds and only give you 7 days for an exchange ONLY! Not even store credit. I paid for a paid of uggboots and when I went on the official site it only confirms that they are fake. The official ugg site tell you that you should be able to scan any official tag inside the shoe and it will take you to their official site. These boots DO NOT DO THAT. The tag on the inside does not reflect the official tag that is shown on the website either. I wish I would of had this knowledge before I paid for these boots. This makes me so sad and depressed that I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that weren’t what I thought they were. I would be happy if people stop shopping here until they are held accountable for the sneaky stuff they pull in the site and allow people refunds for items they aren’t happy with. Even small stores like Pretty Girl would allow you to do so...

My Fiancé shops here FAITHFULLY... To the point that I try to walk across the street so we can try to avoid going into City Jean's because when we are on Fordham it is OUR FIRST AND ONLY SHOPPING STOP. They ALWAYS have EXACTLY what we are looking for and with the professional, pleasant and continuous smiles and help of Arlene, Jay and Eddy, who wouldnt want to shop here. I have never been into sneakers or sweat suits but thanks to my Fiancé and Arlene, I now can't stay away from the multiple ways of wearing my sets. I have received one of the best customer service experiences coming here. I was not sure what I wanted, but Jay helped me pick the perfect UGG boots. His enthusiasm and patience while helping me in my time of indecisiveness was astounding. Even though he stopped helping me to help a man up the steps who was in a wheelchair, this showed me that he will go above and beyond to ensure that each customer has the proper experience while shopping at the store. In addition to representing the brand well. He has been there for a while yet each time I come to this store he is always delivering great service. It is hard for this hard work to go unnoticed....
