Wow! I just had the most incredible experience at Laser Goddess Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making me feel completely at ease. The serene and luxurious ambiance set the perfect tone for my treatment.

But let's talk about the treatment itself - I opted for their Candela Picoway Skin Revitalizing laser treatment for the face and neck, brow tattoo removal, and bikini hair removal. I was there for my first session in a series recommended 4 weeks apart. In the past, I had radio frequency Microneeding, PRP with fillers under the eye, face fillers and botox yearly, microdermabrasion, and peels monthly from other places, and I used medical spa grade skincare. After much research, I chose this particular laser treatment at Laser Goddess, as it achieves natural collagen production more evenly in the entire face/neck/treatment area. It can also treat scars, blast sunspots, hyperpigmentation, and any blemishes from sun exposure to acne scars. This makes more sense for me than doing fillers in specific places and RF Microneedling that can potentially melt fat, causing volume loss in the face. This type of laser was not very well known, and it is rare to find a practitioner that offers it as it's a very cutting-edge technology and expensive equipment. Beth, the RN, and owner who has been doing this for over 20 years, is knowledgeable, thorough in her technique, and personable :) The process is quick and painless after numbing cream. The tattoo brow area bubbled at first but disappeared and lifted significant ink when I went home. I have seen the results of other ladies who completed the 3-4 treatment process. Let me tell you, the results are beyond anything I have seen and are a game-changer! I can't wait for my skin to look rejuvenated, smoother, and more youthful than ever before.

I was blown away by the professionalism and expertise of the staff. They took the time to understand my concerns and customize a treatment plan that was perfect for me. Plus, they were incredibly attentive throughout the process, ensuring I was comfortable with every step. The entire staff with pre, post-treatment care of skincare products I currently have of what active ingredients and the effect on the skin on what to use and not use to help with the healing process of the laser treatment.

This was my fist time visiting the spa. Kelly at the front desk was so sweet on the phone and in person. She was able to squeeze me in for an appointment at the last minute on the same day. Unfortunately, I was running a few minutes late since I was coming from work, but I informed Kelly and they were still so pleasant. Beth, the RN, is so knowledgeable. I have darker skin so I've always have a hard time finding someone who could do great work with the lasers that suit my skin tone. I truly appreciate Beth for knowing her stuff in that department as well as being honest where I've met practitioners willing to say "yes" to everything just to make a buck. She took her time explaining the procedure to me and we even discussed other topics of interest as she worked. She never rushed which I truly appreciated. I was able to use a Groupon for my first visit to test out the treatment and office location before I made a decision to commit to more sessions or a package. Also I have to note that they are very transparent and disclose their prices on the website for their regular services as well as their packages which I find to be pretty affordable as I can be quite frugal when it comes to these things 😉. I plan on booking a package for both me and my daughter and I'm looking forward to going back next month for another session. Luckily I signed up for text messages and see that they are offering a discount package for the picoway laser treatment which is exactly what i need more of (done once a month). I also intend to do some laser hair removal. Thanks again...
