So I arrived 10 minutes before they opened. I noticed that a gentleman was walking in the store and I just wanted to ask him a quick question so I don’t waste my time and wait the extra 10 minutes till 10 AM as I approached the door when he entered the store I said excuse me I just wanna ask you a quick question. He right away closed the door on my face, locked the door and put his hand up and walked away in the back at that point I was very surprised that he did that to me pretty much slammed the door in my face !! I’ve been in Customer service for 20+ years and I would never do that to a customer, even if my establishment was not open yet, I would tell them politely just give me 10 more minutes. Let me open the store and I will answer all your questions. He literally slammed the door on my face so now I sat in my car, and debated weather or not I wanted to give him my business ..and or wait the ten minutes then go in there and just tell him how unprofessional he was . But instead I decided to go in at 10 AM give the store another shot . So now it’s about 10:05am I see another employee walk up to the door, unlock it ,open it and left the door open . I then walked in and I went right up to the counter and I said I nicely hey I waited for this store to open and he did not even acknowledge me, he continued to count a register or something behind the counter never even said good morning or welcome. I stood there for about 2 to 3 minutes or so and he never even lifted his head !!!!! At that point I chose not give this establishment my money ! I left and went right to T-Mobile (2 minutes away) where I decided to not fix my phone , I just replaced it , and purchased other items. I knew walking into this establishment They were probably going charge me $80 to fix my phone and I was OK with that but the fact that my first impression of going into this place was getting a door closed in my face and another employee NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING ME … extremely unprofessional employees. Read moreThis place should be closed or have their staff completely fired. I went in to get my screen fixed on my Samsung galaxy S21 I told them i had Asurion insurance. They said no problem we'll order the part and call you when it comes in. Waited 3days decided to call the store and gave my name they said they're still waiting for the part …2hrs later i get a call that the part arrived and you could come drop off the phone ….I get there and I said I just got a call that the part arrived he then told me its going to be like $250 to fix , I said NO I have insurance , then one rep started talking to another in a different language. Then came over to me and said they actually had that part on hold for someone else so I started to argue about it was on hold for ME …they again talked in a different language and said its ok we'll take care of you....,they were trying to make money and not service me cause I was covered by insurance. I come back and they replace my screen and said "unfortunately I can't keep the replacement screen because there was something wrong with the antenna and Samsung requires the phone to be fully functional before it could be released", I said but there was nothing originally wrong with the antenna...I said I have to make a phone call and grabbed my phone and walked outside whole time the phone sounded perfect and the rep kept his eyes completely on me...I walked away when he wasn't looking because I felt I was being scammed I already paid the deductible to have my phone fixed and there was nothing wrong with my phone .These people are devious and complete crooks stay completely away from this store for...
Read moreMy wife broke her screen and we had came here to get it replaced. They were great with screen replacement. Within a span of 1-2 months, few areas of the screen stopped working. I had come to get the screen replaced under warrantee, however, Lakoi, the manager stated that since there was a scratch on the SCREEN PROTECTOR in the corner nowhere near where the faulty screen area was with absolutely no damage to the screen itself, that he is going to assume the screen was dropped and thus would not be able to fix the screen for me.
I had told him what if I had brought the screen in without the screen protector ? He would not be able to make that conclusion and he said that is true but since he saw the scratch he is not going to cover it. I have never seen customer service like this before. It seems like he had a personal vendetta against me. He said it is unheard of for the screen to be faulty and that I must have dropped it even though there was no damage.
I contacted customer service who said that the location should honor the warrantee and even went to a different location who stated the same thing. The worker at a different location even called this location and asked why they aren’t replacing it. Everyone was baffled by this Lakoi managers behavior and logic.
Anyways, the ubreakifix workers at the other queens branch apologized for this branch’s behavior and replaced the screen free of charge. They also stated that it is not unheard of to have a faulty screen.
