Long Nails — Attraction in New York

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon. A true neighborhood place owned and operated by LeeAnn and Ricky - neighborhood people - and lovely staff. I’ve been coming here for many years. Always a gel manicure with #13 (red!) and matching toes (I like matchy-matchy) and perfect eyebrows by LeeAnn. Seriously - PERFECT eyebrows.

Can’t forget to mention the special pedicure with magnificent massage, a favorite treat for me. I am never rushed, yet they work fast. Always a positive vibe and good conversation from both the staff and the patrons you meet while you’re there. It’s right next-door to a hair salon that gives a fantastic blowout. I mention that so you don’t confuse this salon with another close by.

I have been going to long nails for 14 years. . Manicures,pedicures,waxing.Was satisfied for years. Since the end of 2024,I have been treated very disrespectfully by the owner. It was impossible to ever get an appointment in the last few months. The excuses were “ next week” or “ not now, Call in three days” Or “ No we are leaving for two days” Finally, I came out and asked Lee Ann “ do you not want me as a customer anymore” ? She said “ ok,but if you come,you have to stay quiet. I have other customers you bother us” She also said “ I made her choke. My permanent go-to spot for getting my nails done. My nail tech was the sweetest, and she was really funny. They can do anything for you. If they find a design difficult, they will let you know. They will not lie just to charge you and rip you off. I wanted neon tiedie, and that's what she gave me. I personally love it. Paid 81+tip. And please, if you are going to come in WITHOUT BOOKING, do not be rude and complain about having to wait. That's your problem, not the nail techs.
