Worst museum experience in my life. First of all there is nothing to see in the museum, don’t waste your money, they will just be showing you VIDEOS of the actual museum. There is also another room you have to go into from the outside, that no one told us about. The VR room is extremely hot and impossible to stay in.
When I called to ask for a refund, since it was not a good experience and I didn’t expect there to be nothing to see, the manager Stephanie called me mean and that I am just lying to try and get my money back. She told me to come back in again, and when I said I live in Jersey City and not looking forward to travel to Manhattan for an experience I didn’t enjoy at all the first time, she told me she also lives in Jersey City and comes in to work everyday so it’s not a big deal.
She also said I am “threatening” them with leaving a “bad review” on google.
