Rather than simply agreeing with everything I was curious about, he gave me honest, personalized recommendations based on what would be best for my features and long-term results. His level of detail was impressive—he carefully examined my face and explained procedures using visuals so I could clearly understand what to expect and what the potential outcomes could look like. Initially, I was most interested in Masseter Botox for jaw tension and teeth grinding, and I also inquired about a brow lift and jawline filler. Dr. Fayz could have easily agreed with whatever I asked for which actually would not have been in my best interest, but instead, he focused on what was necessary and what would complement my features best. He genuinely wanted me to feel confident and happy—not just to do more procedures.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. FayZ and his incredible team, and I felt compelled to share my experience. After watching countless videos showcasing Dr. FayZ's remarkable work, I found myself questioning, "Is this true, or is it all AI?"

Unfortunately, in the aesthetic industry, many surgeons, aesthetic places, often mislead with exaggerated claims. However, my appointment today proved that the excellence portrayed online is very real!

I scheduled my consultation via Instagram chat, and from the beginning, the team was attentive and responsive. They kindly accommodated my request for a weekend consult via Zoom. On the day of my appointment, Dr. FayZ was running a bit behind due to patients arriving late, which is understandable. During that time, I spoke with one of the managers who reviewed my goals and ensured I was comfortable while waiting for Dr. FayZ. I initially wanted the Bichota package, but as we discussed my needs, Dr. FayZ provided his honest recommendations based on his extensive experience. I was genuinely impressed when he informed me that a specific treatment I requested could be covered by my private insurance, which meant he wouldn’t charge me for it. In an industry where many prioritize profit, his integrity and transparency were refreshing!

Today was my appointment at 1 PM, I only waited about 15 minutes, which is impressive. Once in the treatment room, I was greeted by his amazing staff, who genuinely cared about my feelings and desires. They took the time to go over everything with me, ensuring I knew what to expect. When Dr. FayZ entered the room, he expertly addressed my concerns and identified aspects of my appearance that could be enhanced. His detailed explanations of the procedures made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. The results were nothing short of astonishing!
