National Wholesale Liquidators — Attraction in New York

I ordered a bed set on 10/23 - I was promised I'd have that bedroom set at the end of the week delivered to my house. After not hearing from Rasheed for three days, I decided to call him Wednesday asking when it would be delivered, you could hear the attitude in his voice. He stated he did not have an update for me but I will get it by the end of the week. The end of the week comes, no delivery no call. I call on Saturday and he states he won't have any update as to when I will be receiving the bedroom set that IS ALREADY PAID FOR .. he says he'll have an update Wednesday (a week and a half past when I ordered) and of course words were exchanged and he denied promising that I would have my bedroom set at the end of the week. Then he calls me on Wednesday stating I will have my delivery on Saturday (today) between 1-5 .. it's 5:22 the delivery man calls stating he won't be here until 7:30, oh and my entire bedroom set is not being delivered today. I'm sorry? I wasted my entire Saturday to sit here and make sure I was home so you could deliver? And to top it off I now have to stay home tomorrow too to receive the remaining delivery? Rasheed is no help at all, all he is after is the money. If you would have told me I have to wait two weeks for my delivery I still would have purchased the bedroom set. It's the principal of you lying just to get the sale. Now you have lost a customer because I will never go back and spend another dime at the...

This place is like a $.99 store but even better. They have good deals when things are are on sale. So make sure you check your local circulars. Anyways, I bought a bunch of odds and ends like food, shoes, clothing, and home goods. I can't wait to see how long they last and depending on that I will probably change my rating.

Anyways, I still treasure this place because it is like a upscale Bergament. If you've been to Bergament then you'd know what I'm talking about. They have electronics, but I DEFINITELY would not buy my next tv or dvd player from here. The electronics department looks a bit shady like things magically fell off a truck. Anyway, I digress... I bought ear phones here and I'm waiting to see how long that lasts. The ear phones sound good and they cost half the price of what I would normally pay. My bf also bought zucchini spread and he loved it. I bought a pair of boots here, I'm not sure if that was wise but I'll give it a try. I will definitely come back for more party goods because they have everything here.

The place is like a magical wonderland of assortments, except the service can be a bit brusque.

I have not been to this brand store in years since the one on Broadway (Manhattan) closed. I forgot how much stuff they had. This co-op city store is sadly the worst store I have ever been to, the cashier scanned 3 items non of them registered in the system. She had to call "Muhammed" to get the prices for these items that I specifically came to the store for. It took forever for another person to get the prices (mean while the line behind me is stacking up quickly). I asked can't she just ring it up from a sheet or something, she said no. I tapped my fingers on the counter loudly to signal my pure frustration at this point. Finally some other person comes over and gives her incorrect prices on the 3 items. I show her my phone with pictures of the products and prices, she told me she can't go by what my phone is showing. At this point I drop all my items and walk out. This store is the worst, no customer service, lack of knowledgeable cashiers. Avoid this place like the plague stick to Target, Walmart or your local...
