New York Water Taxi — Attraction in New York

This review is addressed to the box office people from Pier 83/42nd street and the people from the main office that i spoke to on the phone. I bought 3 adult and 4 kids tickets All Day Access online through the water taxi website on a Sat afternoon around 4 PM for the last ride of the day which was posted on the schedule as 6:40 PM. We also bought another adult ticket for my friend's wife who just got out of a conference in NY on time for the last ride of the days as posted online and at the box office at 6 PM on the web using the phone. We got there at 6 PM from Westchester NY and we found no boat. We asked the people from Circle Line about the last Water Taxi boat which is at the same pier and we found out that the last boat was at 4 PM. We also found that Circle Line is part of the same company but the manager was not kind enough the help us and our friends from VT to get on a Circle Line boat. Upset we went on a walk on the High Line in stead. The next day we went back to the window office and I spend 1 hour and half convincing the people from the window and the office on the phone that we did not use the tickets the day before because their was no boat and the email was showing clearly that we bought the tickets at 4:20 PM after they already finished for the day. This sounds like a scam and total incompetence. First of all the schedule is not posted correctly, second how is their sistem selling tickets for that day when they are closed? Anyway after ruining our plans and waiting one hour and a half to fix the problem they gave us 7 tickets for that day and we lost one ticket because my friend's wife was back to the conference on Sun and they return back to VT the next day. I went to New York with my church to a marriage conference. We stayed in the Marriott Marquis which was a great hotel. Therr were so many rooms. So on our down time, my wife and I decided to take a walk to the pier to go see the Statue of Liberty. We had come to New York before and did not get a chance to see it. It was awesome experience using water taxi. Narrator was equipped with profound knowledge about visiting places came on the way. He described every thing in full detail. My journey was very much comfortable. There was space available to roam around and relax. During the trip music was played and snacks were offered.
