Oksana's European Skin Care Spa, Wax, Facial, Massage — Attraction in New York

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a spa service from Oksana, and I was absolutely blown away by her exceptional care and talent. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and pampered. Oksana took the time to understand my individual needs and goals for the treatment, and she tailored the experience accordingly.

I received a deep tissue massage, and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. Oksana was able to find all of my knots and tension points, and she worked them out with expertise. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage.

Oksana is also a very skilled esthetician. I received a facial from her, and it was simply amazing. She used high-quality products and techniques, and my skin looked and felt radiant afterwards.

Overall, I had an incredible experience at the spa with Oksana. She is a true professional and a master of her craft. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a truly exceptional spa experience.

On Saturday April 8 got my fresh manicure. Just in one day it started lifting off. Today is only April 11 but the product started lifting off on half of my nails. Went to get it fixed.

The lady grabbed the filing machine again saying the only way to remove the product from my nails is to file it off. Right in front of her face I googled and found out this base coat and all of the product is soak off. Asked her why she’s lying and now she says that she tried to soak it off but it didn’t work and she still needs to file it off. I had to run RUN because there was nothing to discuss after that. She didn’t expect me to just take my phone and google for the info? Why are you lying straight into my face? My nails are ruined. I’m very disappointed. my nails are filed so deep and thin it hurts to touch them. I included pictures of my nails after she filed my nails until it became paper thin....

Today was my first time coming to Oksana’s European skin care and I am very happy with my facial I received and her honesty and when I say her honesty I say that because being that it’s summertime it would be silly for me to get a micro dermabrasion when I will make my skin sensitive and it would be OK to wait. I had a simple facial and left with clean skin and look forward to going back and getting another facial along with a microdermabrasion and chemical peel come September however I will be going back in the beginning of August for another facial just to take out all of the where in tear I will be doing to my face for the month of July. The place is very clean I felt extremely comfortable and appreciated all the knowledge she had to share with me. I will most definitely leave another review of a five star rating come August and then again in September...
