I’ve been coming here for years, but this recent experience finally pushed me to leave a review.
Every time I visit, there’s a lack of welcoming attitude, even though they recognize me as a regular customer. There’s always this unwelcoming energy, which I’ve tried to ignore until now.
On my most recent visit, which will be my last, I had a disappointing experience over a passport photo. They rushed me the first time before printing the picture, assuring me, “Oh yeah, it’s good, it’s good,” and seemed eager just to get me out. When I went back to retake it because I was unhappy with the first, they did the exact same thing—hurriedly telling me it was fine without honestly checking the quality. They still charged me for the retake, despite a small $2 discount. The atmosphere immediately shifted, and I felt uncomfortable. Ultimately, I wasn’t pleased with either photo and ended up going to CVS instead.
My intention with this review isn’t to harm the business but to share how I’ve felt as a customer each time I’ve been there. I hope this feedback encourages them to approach loyal customers with a friendlier attitude and more honesty about their services in the future. Unfortunately, I won’t...
Read moreThey took my picture and showed it on the camera display. I said that I didn't like the expression on my face and asked them to retake the photo (it took 20 seconds). The photographer said, "Okay, but this will be the last time." I was upset, but I didn't say anything. Then they told me they would send the photo to my email, and I decided to wait, as it would take a minute at most. I didn't have time to open the app on my phone to check, when at that very moment the same young photographer ran up to me and asked, "Are you waiting for something else?" I explained that I wanted to check my email, and he gave me his business card and said that if it didn't arrive in my inbox, I could call him, but it was said with such an emotional undertone that it felt like he was telling me to get out of there. In short, I don't understand at all why everyone praises this photo studio so much, but the attitude towards customers here is disgusting; here, the customer is always wrong. It's better to find another place, even if you have to travel a...
Read moreNot recommended to visit. Don’t give any money until you see the photos. I came to take a photo for an official government document and clearly stated that. However, when I received the final version, I was very upset. The female photographer didn’t even try; she didn’t mention that my shirt and collar were crooked or that my shoulders looked uneven in the frame. I asked for a retake and explained the issue, but they refused. Then, a manager named Terrence came out and started arguing that it was fine and questioned why it even mattered how I looked in the photo. I didn’t like how he spoke to me, as if his attitude said, "Hey, we have your money, and you can't do anything about it." I gave him a choice: either he retakes the photo, or he returns my money. This isn't the first time this has happened. They don't even try to take a decent photo. Not recommended. They will treat you like second-class citizens. The photographer doesn’t use a tripod and only...
