Bay Coffee Shop — Restaurant in New York

I am giving this place a one star! They will ignore you if you call speaking English and their business is in America! I called twice and was ignored they left the phone off the hook while they serviced the Spanish speaking customers! I don’t live far so I walked up to new bay. I ordered two French toast with meat which is 8$ on the menu they charged me 22$ and tried arguing with me. What made it Worst while I was there if a Spanish speaker called they would take the order right there how can a business is this country ignore the people who speak the original language please avoid this place they shouldn’t even be open on...

My experience was pleasant. I was with my friend he ordered from the breakfast menu whole wheat bagel with cream cheese. They gave him more than enough of the cream cheese, plus coffee. I ordered cheese burger deluxe that came with fries and a slice of pickle and a small cup of coleslaw I also ordered Snapple peach. The prices were reasonable. The only complaint my friend had was the seating not enough space an older gentle man was sitting behind my friend and kept bumping into him. I’ve come here many times. At first it was ok, But most of the time we get a waitress that doesn’t speak any English and we’re left waiting for nearly half an hour for something to eat- and the place is nearly empty. When the food comes, it’s not exactly what we asked for, because they do not understand us when we place the order details.
