I recently undergo a series of physical therapy sessions at PT of the City Sugar Hill, and I cannot praise this place enough for the exceptional care and support I received. From the moment I arrive, the administrator, Kim, makes me feel incredibly welcome and secure. Her warm and hospitable nature ensured that I was always safe and comfortable, both arriving and departing from my appointments. My grandson, who is also my caregiver, was particularly relieved to know that I was in such capable and caring hands.
The therapy sessions themselves were transformative, thanks to my amazing therapist, Kainat. She not only challenged me physically, ensuring that each session was tailored to push my limits gently, but she was also incredibly attentive to how I was feeling throughout. Kainat’s personable approach made a world of difference, making each session feel less like a medical appointment and more like a step towards regaining my strength and mobility with a supportive friend by my side. She was always mindful of my progress, celebrating my victories and encouraging me through the tough days.
I wholeheartedly recommend PT of the City Sugar Hill to any senior citizen in need of physical therapy. The combination of Kim’s care and Kainat’s expertise has made a significant impact on my health and well-being. Thank you, PT of the City Sugar Hill, for making my recovery journey such a positive and...
Read moreAVOID AT ALL COST! They change physical therapist too much for patients to establish an actual therapy with the therapists that will benefit them. They are always picking up from what the other physical therapist that left or was switched somewhere else notated (if any), never actually improving the regimen. They make you go off to do the same exercises and even if you try to state what your pain and focus would like to be they brush you off like you’re annoying for suggesting something to better your own health. While making no actual improvements to the patients, they pretend in their notes that they do so that insurance can keep paying them. They’ll do anything the insurance asks to the point they are working more for the insurance than the people. I would be very careful with going here if you want help tailored to your concerns or actually want to improve. If you want to go to a physical therapist where they’ll give you a few exercises and forget about you, then pretend to your insurance and doctors you’re improving, this is the place for you.
EDIT: Please know most (if not all) good reviews here are made the first day they see you so you can give a friendly review. Then, it goes all down hill from there. Take the great...
Read moreKimberly is a wondrous receptionist also she is caring, welcoming, respectful, and considerate to her clients and is always ontime. Omar helps me to work out and he is intensive and engaging to my time while I am there. I enjoy his attention to detail and willingness to push me to my full potential and then some. Unfortunately I may not be able to continue here even though the service is exceptional and convenient for me. This clinic does not have what I need to help assist with my rehabilitation. I have several request because I had spinal cord surgery. I have a serious need. More equipment needs be added to assist the needs of the people besides just the bicycles. One of bicycles are currently broken. I left a physical therapy rehabilitation at a well known hospital to come here. Please also get a doctor that specializes in pelvic floor...
