Iāve been shopping at Rainbows since I was 17 years old Iām now 35 this is the worst location I ever shopped at I purchased a outfit from the 125th location and when I got home I couldnāt fit it being that I live in the Bronx the burnside location didnāt have the outfit so when I went to Fordham they had it I tried on the jacket and every time I looked up 1 of the workers was pretending to be working but she was watching me as if I was gonna steal then when I got to the register the manager on duty refused to exchange it because the jacket was $2 more there (which is weird) and when I said I would pay the difference he still refused telling me to take it back where I bought it cuz itās gonna mess up his inventory then while I was waiting they were so rude to the black customers next me about no exchanges on bodysuits and the mom was saying ok but the Hispanic girl that was behind them came to exchange a bodysuit and they told her it was ok to go get a new 1 I still ended up having to return the jacket back at the 125 location just to...

I stood next on line for 15 minutes before I decided to put my items back on the rack and leave. If they would've done their jobs like in other stores like GAP or foot locker for example I would've bought what I had grabbed but instead they chose to crack jokes with each other and shout jokes at other workers in the isles instead of just working..
the sad part is the person in front of me only had 4 items it's not like she had 20 items and their were 3 cashiers so why did it...
