This is for the Popeyes AND the Burger King here at this location since it's a joint place. Something need to be done about the homeless drug addicts that stand by the door opening the door for people. There is a guy and a woman who stand there all the time wanting to open the door for everyone that comes in and out of this place. The man that stands there is a trouble maker and if you don't give him any change, he starts catching an attitude. I really try to avoid this place but there are times that I have no choice at all. Recently, I witnessed this guy open the door for an African dude that came in and he told the guy "you don't know how to say thank you"? And the African guy just looked at him confused and then this trouble maker asked him "What, you don't speak English"? And the man just walked to the front to pick up his order. As this innocent man walked back to the front, the same guy asked him again "You don't speak English"? And the man just walked out like if he didn't want any problems. Popeyes AND Burger King need to hire a security guard to stand at the front and don't let this dude start problems with customers and if you see this guy, you can clearly tell he likes to start trouble with people who don't give him any change. I KNOW some people who WILL tell this guy a thing or two and that will create a drama scene at this place so to avoid something serious from happening, I suggest the managers tell this dude to stay away from the front door or if I see that nothing happens, I WILL report this to corporate and take further actions because it is not mandatory to give these homeless drug addicts money for opening a door that I can open myself. I have an email saved as a draft ready to send to corporate if nothing is done about this ASAP. Do something about...
Read moreThe service was good and quick, in fact they gave me the food immediately after I payed. The atmosphere was a little confusing and annoying since there were children screaming and playing on the tables and there was no music or other sorts of entertainment at all. About the food, there was not a large variety of choices, but in particular there was no choice at all for vegetarians and vegans, in fact, since I don’t eat meat, I could order just a fish sandwich that wasn’t very tasty. On the contrary the fries were very good and the sauces were free. Finally, the prices were very cheap and the location it was...
Read morechicken sometimes taste left over which would be hard and dry. The other day I went into the recently opened Popeyes on E. Fordham Rd. First of all you can hardly read the menu over the counter. The writing is much to small, chicken is still hard and dry I can't taste the seasoning on the chicken so the chicken has no distinct taste anymore the coleslaw is much to bland tasting. There was a time when Popeyes was one of the best tasting chicken in the Bronx now they seem to throw anything at you for business sakes I hope things change for the best otherwise I might become a...
