The items I received was functional for my event, but a focal point item, the backdrop, was missing curtains. I originally wanted to only order 2 tables and chairs but the person on the phone informed me of a delivery minimum, which I wasn't sure that I saw on their website at all. When I confirmed my order over the phone, the individual I was speaking to confirmed that I would receive black curtains, and I was really excited about how this area with the backdrop would look. Then, the delivery day came and the delivery person dropped almost everything off, earlier than I specified (but they did give me a call to ask if they could deliver earlier and I cosigned because I didn't think it would be hours earlier than it was set for) and mentioned to me that the bag they gave me were clips for the curtain but the curtain was nowhere to be found. In fact, the bag of "clips" were actually white tablecloths, something I didn't order at all. It was also difficult to communicate with the delivery people, as I don't think they were strong English speakers but also they seemed like they were in a rush and wouldn't really interact much when I did speak to them. When I called after the fact upon realizing the curtain was not among my order, I was unable to reach anyone as it was after 5pm when I finished working from home. On Monday, long after the event I needed these items for, I only received a store credit for the backdrop that I wasn't able to use "because I should use the service again," which based on this experience I find highly unlikely. Also I ordered two of the same tables and they were different heights, so I had to use books to prop one up so they were the same height, because I needed them to create one even plane. All in all, when you get a delivery from this place, make sure you're getting everything you need before the delivery person leaves, because originally I wanted my delivery at 5pm but they ordered it much much earlier which threw me off. I was still working when they delivered which was not my plan, and I wasn't able to do the due diligence to see that everything was being delivered to me. I did ask the delivery person if everything was present and he said yes but I would have appreciated being walked through a check list that the delivery people were in possession of. The fact that there was only an email confirmation of my order felt very unprofessional. The fact that out of 3-4 delivery people, none of them had a list of my items for me or themselves to check over present during the delivery and no one went through the order once it was dropped off also gives me pause to order here again, because I'm still wondering why I received 3 white rectangular table cloths and who those were supposed to go to. Ultimately, the items I received were easy to order, and I did actually like having to submit the order online and then receiving a call to talk through it with someone who worked at the company, but I was largely unimpressed with the delivery service and customer service after the fact an error had been made and the fact that they are unable to be reached on...

When the time came to deliver my item I was forced to have the items shipped two days earlier than my event because they were closed. I was pressed to pay the full amount or else they were going to cancel my entire order. When my tables and chairs finally came there were items missing on the day of my event. I paid for a table that I relied on heavily and didn't receive. I called the office and were unable to reach anyone because they were closed. The young woman who answered the phone hung up on me multiple times before I could even finish my sentence. When I called back she sounded as if she had an attitude. Would not recommend this business to anyone nor would I be purchasing items from them in the future for any of my events. Read moreWe got extremely lucky that the first place that we booked for tent and tables turned out so well. The team went to location (without us even booking them or putting down any deposit) and scoped it out to give us a quote. We felt it was reasonable and really liked their website layout and pricing. The tent, the tables, and everything else quality wise was exactly what we wanted. Even when a slight miscommunication happened on our end they were able to coordinate within an hour and deliver on their promise. I can't recommend Rentastic enough and can't wait to use them in the future! Oh and the delivery/ set up team was able to set everything up neatly and professionally (we hosted our ceremony at an Airbnb) NO damage whatsoever and they were very respectful and prompt for pick up...
