Safari Playground — Attraction in New York

One of our favorite parks in the UWS. mostly geared towards toddlers and no risky and tall installments that are meant for older kids! There are slopes that are easy for toddlers to climb up to, running or crawling and everything is brand new too! Nice playground for younger children.

It has no swings or sandbox, which is neither good not bad.

I really liked the recently remodelled soft ground, and the hippos and canoes, all very whimsical and fun.

Perfect for kids aged 1-5, which fits our family. There is NO SAND (for those that need a sand free option). I can see the entire playground which makes it easy to keep track of my two. Kids can easily climb on their own plus there is a long ramp up for the littlest explorers. I have so many memories here. When we need to change it up, we walk north 5 mins...
