Chinese New Year Guide in the U.S. | The Most Authentic Chinese New Year Vibes Are Right Here!

Charming exhibition space curated by faculty/students of the Bard Graduate Center. Although small, The Center presents dense exhibitions on material cultural, decorative arts, and design history—thanks, in part, to the genius online extensions of the shows and in some cases, an accompanying audio tour, also available online. The student collecting admissions on the day of my visit should never assume any visitor is a "senior" who intends to pay the lower admission rate, which is suggested. I was insulted and for that careless remark, 4 stars.

Great small gallery. I enjoyed the exhibition "Threads of Power: Lace from the Textilmuseum St. Gallen". I learned that St. Gallen was and still is a major center for lace making. The new show on Sonia Delaunay (1885-1979) is equally wonderful, demonstrating her skills in many areas, including paintings, fashion, stage and graphic design, furniture and interior design, etc.

Management is a joke great place to work Poor Security Management led by the Director Of Security. Who talks a good game who’s talk is cheap by the way you know it’s funny how Managers come off as if there down to earth and down but the minute you mess up they don’t even know you. Not even willing to hear your side of the story which happened in my case yet another manager who sits up on his high horse and forget how he got there or what it took to get there. I really don’t understand this people who has power of Authority they act like they came out the womb born into this position like the struggle isn’t real or hard enough for them to...

Exhibits are consistently engaging. The building itself is pleasant to be in, the staff is friendly and helpful, the topics are interesting. Even if you don't think a certain exhibit will hold your interest, you will find that it does indeed - and that is the fun of visiting this museum. You'll learn a new way of seeing something with every visit. It's not a big museum, which makes a visit manageable and memorable. A small selection of gift-shop items available...
