Avoid this place like the plague. Like seriously, you might catch the plague here. ||||The staff seem nice but they can’t do much to fix this mess. ||||I arrived and was given a key to my door that didn’t work. Then was given two more keys to try and neither of those worked. Sooooo they don’t have control over the keys to their rooms, I guess?? That’s not a safety concern…||||The guy at the front desk was apologetic and moved me to another room. 4 floors up. The elevator is a nightmare and got stuck and felt like a ride in a haunted house. Hell nooo. ||||The key to this new room also did not work. I jiggled it for a few minutes and the other lady who was already in the room eventually opened it for me. ||||You guys. The rooms are dirty as hell. They look nothing like the listing. My bed did not have any sheets, and I’m glad it didn’t because I was able to plainly see how brown and stained and thin and gross both the mattress and pillow were. Nope, I’m done. ||||Going back to the scary elevator, I passed by the bathroom which was filthy and had just an open shower with a thin shower curtain which just never feels safe as a solo female traveler. I also saw this other room in which the door was wide open and dark. I was curious so I tried to turn the light on and it didn’t work. Cool cool. And there’s a random ladder in there and some padding duct taped to a water pipe. I took a picture but sorry it’s blurry. At this point, I started RUNNING. ||||I called an Uber, there was no way I was staying here. While I waited in the lobby for the Uber, the front desk guy was yelling at some guy to get off the property because he has previously sneaked into the hostel and went around trying different door handles to sleep in an empty bed…. Or do who knows what else. 😒||||I slept at the airport instead and felt much safer there than this hostel. Please save yourself a terrible experience and go somewhere else. It’s unsafe, it’s not secure, and it’s not sanitary. I don’t know what else...

Watch out… 😞🙈||FYI : this hotel is a scam, dangerous and a joke 😡||First after my booking, I tried to call or texts them, however no answer and the voicemail was full and my texts bounced back all the time….|Then…||When we arrived at the hotel, our room have been given away because the previous attendant decided to extend his stay even though I booked 2 days in advance, second the desk clerk who was disrespectful, rude, and obviously didn’t care at all, he informed me that they were fully booked and they had the same issues in past with Agoda’s website as a third party… his only option was that my son and I sleep in different rooms with strangers… could you imagine how stupid that sounded… I was confused and chocked, I tried to explain that I booked 1 room with 2 twin beds and I wanted to show him my reservation confirmation, but he declined my offer and his response was that they had a different thing showing on they side. I told him that I was aware that it will be a shared bathroom but not shared room, moreover I did not reserve a jail cell😡…meanwhile it was so late that I had to find a different option for my son and for our safety. So honestly I didn’t not fail on my part but they both, the hotel and the website failed me and my son big time, it is affordable but not cheap, I paid $133 hoping to have only few hours sleep. I will never use those services ever again in my entire life ( lesson learned) and I will also spread the word every where I can in order to help others to not experience the same horrible situation. If you do have a family will you honestly accept to let them to spend even just a second with a stranger without you being present…I have chosen that option because I just need few hours sleep for 1 night and I came prepared with cleaning supplies for the “shared bathroom” BUT SHARED ROOM no way…Definitely a big...

👉🏾 Finger weg von diesem Hostel! Es ist gesundheitsgefährdend und man wird dort um sein Geld betrogen. 👉🏾 Stay away from this hostel! It is a health hazard and they will cheat you out of your money. ————— I stayed there in June 2025 and had originally planned 8 nights. I booked and paid for a room with a private bathroom – but was given a room with a shared bathroom instead. Normally, that wouldn’t be a big issue, but I had paid extra for a private one. At check-in I was told that the locking system was broken, so I would not receive a room key. When I asked my roommate where the bathroom was, he just laughed and pointed to one in the hallway. The bathroom was in an extremely unhygienic condition: toilet paper and used towels everywhere, even feces. The facilities were in a desolate state – broken fixtures, damaged equipment, etc. When I raised this issue, the staff just laughed and told me that there were no rooms with private bathrooms at all. I should contact the booking provider if I had a problem. In the common area, there were guests who had also paid but never received a room. Management refused to refund them and instead told them – quite shamelessly – that they could just sleep in the lounge by the reception for a few days. Cockroaches were everywhere: on the floor, on the tables, near the water dispenser, and even on the coffee machine. My bed hadn’t been changed or cleaned after the previous guest had left. At that point I left the hostel and spent the night walking the streets without accommodation until I could book a new place. The manager also refused to refund me. He did provide a letter stating that the booking agency should issue a refund without cancellation fees – but he himself would not give any money back. My advice: If you ever demand a refund, be persistent and do not leave until you get the money on the spot. The manager will deny everything and refuse to pay otherwise.

Short: -Cockroaches everywhere - dirty -overbooked, so already used bed -no electricity -no warm water -no daylight -broken doorlock, chair, wall Extended: Gave one star, because minus stars are not possible. An absolute trap! Dont go there! I hope I was the last guest, this should be forbidden. I stayed 6 nights there for ~ 100$ per night. I checked in at 3 p.m. after meeting the first cockroaches in the lobby. When I came back at 11 p.m. another guy was laying in my bed, they overbooked. There was no electricity, so I had to charge my phone in the dirty, shared bathroom in the hallway. No daylight, because there was just a dark well behind the window. The „wall“ under the window was made out of wood which you could just take out. Uneven, sticky floor. Broken chair. No warm water for two days, took the shower icecold. Broken lock. Strange people in the lobby. Bed was like a hammock over a cross brace who pushed in the back. Every movement in the bed shook the under or upper roommate in the bunk bed awake. I had to ask twice for a towel and a blanket, for the cockroaches to walk over. To sum up a very ugly experience to forget! Don‘t know how I could stay so long. Thank you for nothing you exploiters!

This place is cheap and it has that going for it. Also the bedroom was clean and surprisingly spacious. Good location. Downsides: bed/mattress awful, terribly uncomfortable. The floor would probably be better. Thankfully I brought a camping mattress and popped it on top and slept ok. AC for the bedroom seemed to work but was very loud and also sort of broken. They say 24hr check-in but on multiple occasions the desk was unstaffed. I saw people waiting ages to check in because nobody was there. They would also overbook and turn people away, even with a reservation. The "kitchen" is no such thing. Just some microwaves and a fridge. No toaster, no cutlery or kitchen utensils. Bathrooms were clean enough. They only sometimes provided hand soap, toilet paper was sometimes missing, and they never had a way to dry your hands. Overall I would stay again, just because it was so much cheaper than anywhere else, but I would definitely bring something to address the terrible mattress!
