PLEASE LOOK NO FURTHER AND COME HERE FOR ALL YOUR EYEWEAR NEEDS. For someone who is annoying and nitpicky about everything, I was truly impressed and just over the top AMAZED at Drew’s GODSEND CRAFTSMANSHIP, professionalism, sincerity, and passion for his work and customers. Someone stepped on and broke my eyeglasses that I paid a lot of money for initially and had for years so I was pretty desperate to get them fixed. I actually did even more damage by trying to fix it myself with crazy glue. I google searched for a store that does eyeglass repair with good reviews and luckily found See World Optics. I made the drive all the way from Stony Brook and I am so glad I did because Drew took my completely wrecked glasses and I kid you not, literally made it look BRAND NEW and also put in new quality lenses. When I took them to other places, they either said they couldnt fix it or just tried to convince me to buy new glasses. Drew is honestly the sweetest and most genuine person you will meet and he ACTUALLY CARES about your problem as if its his own. I promise you the service youll get will not disappoint. I am now a lifelong customer and will not go anywhere else for eyewear needs. THANK YOU DREW!!!!! And again no need to look elsewhere please just...

I’ve always had confidence issues because of my glasses (I never liked how I looked in pictures with glasses on so I always took them off right before a picture is taken). Now, I proudly wear my glasses everywhere and I feel so confident they’ll look great in pictures! When I was selecting my first pair, Drew asked me if I “always wear my makeup like this” (i.e winged eyeliner) which I happily replied “Yes!! Everyday!” He hand selects each and every pair of eyeglasses he sells in his store and picked out the perfect pair for me! I’ve had several pairs since (all stunning and unique, and I get comments all the time).

This is the only review I care to post openly on google, as it is dear to me. I happily pay out of pocket since my insurance has changed because his talent is worth every penny. He is a highly trained professional, skilled in his craft, dedicated to his machinery, and I guarantee you, his talent is unlike any other eyeglass store out there! He’s personable, cares about his customers, and is passionate about the quality of his work. He knows exactly which screws to tighten/adjusts the fitting to your liking—slipping & sliding glasses be gone!

Who ever "Mike" is, the guy who wrote the 1 start review, is CLEARLY either blind or the owner of the competitor down the street. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that Mike is Drew's competitor. if you ask me, that's dirty business Mike. It's a shame that you felt like you had to write that. By the way, when I click on your name, you wrote a review for another optical store that JUST SO HAPPENS to be down the street from your store as well, AND you can see the store that you own. slick job. With that said.....Drew encompasses the definition of true customer service. My family has been coming to drew for over 21 years. My nieces and nephews, 4 generations worth of my family, have been coming to Drew since 1984. He will work with you, speak to you, give you GREAT deals and will make you feel like you're the only person in the store. DO NOT LISTEN TO NEGATIVITY FROM MIKE. Drew is amazing, and should be proud to be running such an amazing store. I will never go anywhere else. I live 45 minutes away and drive to Drew rather than going to my closest eye glass store.
