This place sells way more than paper. It has Crocs and the little pins you put on them, clothing, housewares, toys, greeting cards, gift bags, gift wrap, some toiletries, candles, beach bags, lunch bags, and jewelry and candy. BUT, think gifts. The items they sell are unique. If you’re looking for a unique gift, this is the place. I can't fairly tell you about their pricing because it varies. For example, I chose a $9.99 tea towel with words on it, and almost bought a $65 4x6 picture frame. Oh and I wasn't looking for paper, so it might very well be there, but I didn't see it. There was an area in the back, by the cards that I didn't venture to, so there could be paper. Honestly, there's so much to see, I forgot that the store is called Paper Source. The staff was friendly enough, with no " can I help you" interrupting your joyously overwhelming shopping experience, but there happily helpful and knowledgeable. It's a fun place to window shop. Read moreReally bad experience! I saw yesterday there is Jellycat peach online and then called the store to confirm. The guy was kind enough to tell me they just restock the peach and told me I can place an order. Then I place my order for pick up immediately. I got my email saying my order is ready to pick up and in my account, my peach is also ready for pick up. But after my husband drove half hour to the store, the stuff told him peach was out of stock and they cancel my order in front of him. I called the store to complain and they blamed us not checking the email for cancellation!!!!!!!! My account was still showing the peach is ready for pick up!!!!!!
So upset with the shopping experience. The online customer was not treat properly. And the guy over the phone sounds like a jellycat buyer should suffer from all the things simply because I...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the Management at this store. I walked in and saw the promotion at the front of the store to get the Stanley cups engraved. I inquired at the front of the store and they told me that after purchasing it I will take it behind the register to get it engraved. What they did not tell me is that it ends at 1:00 pm. I was shopping around and when I got to the register it was 1:08 pm and was told that I am too late. I explained to both Managers that I was not told that it ended at 1:00 pm. Management would not budge and told me to go to Massapequa. The lady doing the engraving said that I can ask Management and she will do it for but they said no. Very poor customer experience! I get the sense that the employees are on edge so I wonder how they are treated. I would not be shopping...
