One of my favorite places in New York City. I accidently stumble upon this place coming back from work one day and fell in love, but wasn't able to find it again for months. When I found it again I immediately saved it and come back here whenever my path takes me by it. It is a little secret pocket isolated from the concrete jungle around you. The garden seems to drown out the noise of cars and subways. I'd come here to walk around, to read, or just sit and relax. You can tell they care for the garden since the plants always look healthy. On a really hot New York summer day, the plants and trees are literally godsend. Sometimes the church is doing maintenance, so they close it off.
