Christopher Street — Local services in New York

WHAT THEHEEBEE SAYS ABOUT CHRISTOPHER STREET PATH STATION:

I visited New York in Feb-2019 and stayed for a week. During my one week stay, I used to almost daily visit Christopher Street Path station to take train either to New Jersey or to Times Square.

Christopher Street Path station gives a very good access to multiple locations in New York. The station is located close to many tourist spots in the vicinity as well as some commercial and government offices.

The station is small and kept clean. The ticket vending machines also placed for easy and comfortable access for the visitors. There are clear signs and clean benches.

Definitely a prime stop if you are trying to get to the West Village, just a 5 minute walk from the M8 bus as well as the Pier 45 at Hudson River Park, Alina with Citi Bikes across the street. This PATH station is the first (or last) stop in Manhattan before going into New Jersey, it is quite a clean station with some interesting art work in the stair cases leading up and down to the street as well as having a countdown clock and cellular service. Christopher Street station is the first stop 33rd Street bound and the last one Hoboken and Journal Square bound in Manhattan. It is an old station but at least it's well kept.
