Sunberi Frozen Yogurt & Crepe — Attraction in New York

Today i went with my daughter to get her favorite rolled ice cream, i always come here and the lady in the register always has a bad attitude but today was out of hand while my child was inside ordering and i was walking right behind her she did not want to start the ice cream until we paid she should have a sign that says pay before we prepare. Also she gave me an attitude and started arguing with me because i pin pointed how is she charging a child when she see me the mom behind my child. She turned off the warmer and did not make my ice cream just because i told her why is she charging my child and not me while i also wanted to order something else. They are rude and they over charged for a drop of any syrups you like ( they do not let you pour they have to do it for you) . I will never go back here they are rude, they are not welcoming to family with children and they need to upgrade their establishment and...

Horrible!! Disgusting yogurt, smoothie, and crepe place. The service is horrendous! The employees are dirty and rude! They don't wash there hands before handing food or use gloves. I ordered a strawberry yogurt smoothie; and what they gave me was an ice hard smoothie with absolutely no taste. They used old frozen strawberries, a whole cup of ice, a little bit of yogurt, and almost no milk. The end result; was yes; you guessed it; a rock hard no taste smoothie! When I brought it to there attention. They became very rude and disrespectful. She took it from me and threw it away. After I paid for it, when I asked for a yogurt; she yes; then when I brought it to the counter; she kept it. And refused to give me anything. Terribles! Never come here! I came here with intentions of inviting 4 little girls them to have a good time . 1.( One )the cup frozen yogurt was watery so obviously we had to retry again & threw it out; I have explained; why would I take something that I'm buying that isn't good at all . So the staff came out with attitude ... "MISTREATING" mistreating the girls . While their trying to serve themselves some frozen ice cream . I told them not to touch them & she took on with the girls. Except taking it with me.. took it with the girls . I don't like that . Disrespected me and girls . I really thought was good idea of sumption of this place ..but with customer service was terrible ; got me really upset about ! This is the first time I write a review . If you want good frozen ice cream & Good customer this isn't the place for you .
