The Central Park Turtle Pond — Attraction in New York

I work in Central Park and I must say I love it my favorite place to go to on lunch is turtle pond. Did you know turtles were not originally inhabiting this pond and were placed there by the conservatory and now there are hundreds ! I love to go visit them as it’s peaceful and as a New Yorker you get to hide away from tourists. This is by far my favorite view of the lake and the Belvedere castle ! What a beautiful place to walk , Central Park. So much to see and do, Bow Bridge has beautiful views around the famous Bridge in so many movies. Walked to Turtle Pond in the view was Belvedere Castle .could see the famous Lawn was shut off due to the grass damaged. So many different trails . Like being in the movies.
