Update to this post:
A couple days after this post I received an email that they had found my original order of three boxes at one of the warehouses and were shipping them to me at no charge, not for the cards nor the shipping. I modifed this rating to reflect the original and the update. I am appreciative of their efforts to find my original order. However they arrived after I had left for a week and sat on my doorstep for that time. I had to order other cards. BUT I will use these next year!
Original post: The day I ordered 3 boxes of Christmas cards on 12/9 and was told they were "in stock". I called on 12/18 to find out why I had seen nothing about when I would receive them. I was told that they weren't in stock! WHAT???? I was told they were not in the warehouse. I was never contacted about this, and if I hadn't called I would still not know.
I asked to pick another card and have it sent to me at no cost to me for the delivery NOR the cards. Clearly I was misinformed originally and not contacted that I would not be receiving them, I had to make the phone call to find out. I was told that they would continue to look in the warehouse for my original order, or I could order a new set and pay for them, only the shipping would be waived for cards I really didn't even want. I asked when I could expect to hear something about the warehouse and was told they could not tell me.
Needless to say I AM LIVID! AND extremely disappointed in doing business with this company. It has now been 3 days and I still have not heard anything from them.

Read moreOne of the poorest customer experience I’ve ever received. I ordered a shirt as a gift during Black Friday with a discount. Sizing was way off and I had to exchange it for a different size. Since exchanges are apparently not an option, I had to place a new order. The customer service team did not want to honor the discount I received for the new size so I ended up paying almost twice as much as the original item in addition to paying for postage to return the first shirt ordered. I followed return instructions anyway but USPS ran into an issue and did not deliver the returned shirt to the Met, sending it back to me instead. I reached out to customer support who was again of no help at all, advising me to speak to USPS. I gave birth a week ago and do not have the capability to go speak with someone at my post office at this time, which they didn’t care about either. Read moreI ordered 2 ornaments for Christmas. Site says delivery is 3-6 days. It was sent smart-post and will not be delivered in 3-6 days. Now delivery will be in 10 days and will not be in time to use as a Christmas gift as planned. The Met staff was not helpful and told me it isn't their fault the carriers are not delivering as scheduled. They have no idea what the carriers are doing?? It isn't their fault their website advertises 3-6 days but does not actually have any idea when it will arrive at all. This is ridiculous and the information on their website is UNTRUE It will not be delivered in 3-6 days So DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU NEED THE ITEMS DELIVERED ON TIME AS THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON APPARENTLY.
