I lived here for 2 years and the doormen are AMAZING! Shout out to Louie and Damon

Before there used to be many negative reviews on google regarding 90 West, however, most reviews seem to be deleted now. I recently went to view apartments, and was concerned with all the previous negative reviews I had seen online. When I asked the leasing agent, she rudely responded stating they do not care about online reviews because its not very realistic or such. I was able to have a quick chat with one of the residents as I exited out the building, who mentioned that management was typically indifferent, and was not responsive to issues. Overall, the attitude I received was not very comforting, and considering there is an ample amount of rental buildings with similar features in the area, I would advise to avoid...

I lived here for over 6 years. It is overall a great building, and Louie, the morning doorman, was a ray of light in my life throughout my entire stay there. I never had an issue with hearing upstairs or adjacent neighbors, which is amazing. The ceilings are also very high, especially apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Important note for incoming tenants: The accounting dept from IGI (Izaki Group Investments) runs accounting for 90 West, and they do not return security deposits when you move out. Wendy has been great to me, but there's only so much she can do when IGI Accounting's strategy is to ignore all outreach, unless they're asking you for...
