My main concern is the fact that when I contact Galleger Bassett with the info that you forwarded to me as well as copies given to me by Germaine they have no information for me on file. No claim exists, it came to my attention when I wasn’t paid correctly for the week I was injured and I called to edit the claim because some information was incorrect for the pay period beginning 9/15/2023- 9/21/2023. The accident happened 9/13/2023 which was on a Thursday evening when I left that day I had completed more than half my shift before clocking out and leaving. My doctor gave me specific instructions not to return to work until my X-rays were thoroughly reviewed, which was completed by 9/20/2023 I was cleared to return to work the next day and I provided all my doctors notes and documentation to my supervisor. I still worked 3 days that week and upon answering questions from the claim department I was under the impression I would be compensated for days missed. The claim has incorrect dates on it and when trying to call and edit the claim the company has no records for me. I was only paid 22 hours that week. When I asked the manager on duty for the claim number he became very upset and never gave me the required information to search for my claim the paperwork provided does not include that information. They also stole my wages the city of New York paid me back what they could and whole time I was being discriminated against. Read moreUpon arrival we were told Amex customers were not being served, thankfully we’re flying virgin Atlantic and we’re able to come in, I ordered a Bellini with peach purée and got a red cocktail not sure What it was went up to the bar to get the Bellini and they said that they had no more peach purée so they gave me a glass of Prosecco in a wine glass. We ordered a cheese plate a burger a beet salad and a shrimp cocktail a Bal bun and a glass of Malbec, What came out was the burger the cheese platter and one Bal bun, The glass of Malbeck never came. I believed the shrimp cocktail and beet salad went to the table next to us and sat there until the waiter came back and threw it away. Do we really live in a world where we should waste food like this. After ordering again the same items we finally received the beet salad and one bal bun Still missing the shrimp cocktail and a glass of Malbec we ordered a Hennessy which they served over so much ice it was water. As I was nicely explaining that they totally messed up the order the server was walking away before I finished my sentence. Read moreI booked the Plaza Premium Lounge in the Newark Liberty airport as I had a 5 hour layover between arriving from West Palm (via United) and departing for Athens Greece from EWR on Emirates. Upon my arrival at the Emirates desk, I was told that their staff does not arrive until 2 hours before boarding. This meant that since I had to retrieve my large bag from the last flight, which had items that could not go through security as a carry on bag, I was stuck outside the terminal until they arrived, and by that time my reservation time for the lounge would be expired. I immediately called the customer service number for Plaza Premium Group, who abruptly informed me that since I was outside the 6 hour cancellation window, they could not help me. I explained the situation several times and was told perhaps if I emailed customer service and presented “proof” of a lack of Emirates staff at the counter, they might consider a refund. As this suggestion was a bit ludicrous, I instead wrote an email explaining the situation and requesting a refund. The response amazingly came over a week later, and from the same person I spoke to on the phone who again declined to assist.
