The fantastic and traditional Ghanaian food of Adom Cuisine will not disappoint you. I have been to the restaurant many times which is testament to the great tasting dishes.
Adom Cuisine is a clean restaurant with a pleasant setting that serves authentic Ghanaian food. Adom Cuisine is located in a commercial area of East Tremont. The staff is helpful and will happily explain what is on the menu or give you advice on what to order.
I tried Wakye, hearty dish of rice, beans, pasta, chicken, dry ground cassava (gari), a bit of sweet plantain, and two different sauces. One of the sauces tasted so good that I asked the waitress what it was. It turns out that it is a famous Ghanaian sauce called "shito". Shito sauce is very popular in Ghana and after tasting it you will know why.
Other dishes I have tried are the fufu, peanut sauce with chicken and chicken with jollof rice and vegetables.
If you have never had Ghanaian food and you want a delicious meal I highly suggest you visit...
Read moreI was very excited when I found out Adom was going to opened around my block. Food was good but the lady just won’t give u enough to fill you up. U will always end up over spending because she just won’t give you enough food so you end up asking for more which comes with a price. 3 to 4 times I have gone there to buy their okra soup and they disappoint every time. It’s more like blended okra with watered down light soup and no flavor or taste. I have stopped going there since December and just yesterday I decided to go there again, the food is worse than before.let’s not even talk about how long you will have to wait to get served, My co workers and friends stopped going there because of the lady and her husband’s attitude, straight stank. I’m just done...
Read moreThis is the third time I’ve ordered from them, the first time I ordered only fufu and it was fine, the second time I ordered a soup with goat meat, fish and okra, it was not good, but I wanted to give them a chance, so today I ordered two side pieces of fish, a ghana pattie, and two orders of fufu, the Pattie was cold and tasted off, and the fish was ICE cold, it’s delivery so I don’t expect it to be burning hot but come on, ICE COLD!!! I gave them one star because the fufu was good. There are not many African cuisine stores in the area that deliver, I expect so much more, there seems to be no pride taken in making sure they serve/deliver quality food to their customers. Very...
