Yellow - Parcel & Cargo, Postal and Cell phone accessory services — Attraction in New York

I have been using Yellow for several months now and I am very impressed with their service. They deliver parcels from the US to Uzbekistan in just 6-7 days, which is much faster than other companies like TezParcel who delivers in +3 weeks and zero customer service or Globbing who are expensive as they come. Yellow is the most halal delivery service out there. If the parcel weighs 2.3 kg they take the money exactly for 2.3 kg unlike other aforementioned companies who charge 3 kg even for 2.1 kg parcel and Yellow has much cheaper tariffs and they fill out the customs declaration of products themselves (unlike Tezparcel, who force you write the declaration yourself and send it to them) which is quite convenient for me. The parcels are always well-packed, tracked and insured, and the customer service is very friendly and helpful. What I love the most is the transparency; in every step of the delivery, I get an email about every detail of process. They even sent details of BTS delivery guys (who picked up to deliver it to me from their Tashkent office) docs and stuff, just so I know they handed it over. Very awesome and fast service to order stuff from Amazon to Uzbekistan, Tashkent specifically) but the guy who called me that my parcel arrived, and I have to pay the money lacks basic courtesy. It happened like 2 months ago but it stayed with me cause he was quite infuriating, the guy calls me and when I picked up the phone for 10 seconds he is talking with someone else with gibberish even though I am on the phone and he knows I am on the phone and listening, no hello, no nothing, and quite rudely talks to me that my parcel has arrived and I haven't made a payment, like some loan shark threatening and talking without courtesy or respect. I would understand if we were cave dwellers or neanderthals, but we are not, we are Uzbeks, we are respect culture. I love the service, email notifications and what you guys are doing, all the best to you but respect for costumers, especially for the ones who use your services quite often is very important because that single 15 second phone call almost made me never use your company.
