We came to this Sherdor burger with my sister and my baby in a stroller. We politely asked to sit at a quiet table by the window, away from the crowd. They told us it was “occupied,” but minutes later, other guests walked in and sat there with no issue. Clearly, we were lied to.

Then we asked for a high chair, and the waiter started making unnecessary comments about our stroller, saying, “You don’t need it now — move it.” We replied that it wasn’t in anyone’s way and we preferred to keep it with us. Instead of understanding, he responded rudely with things like, “Do you really need to sit there that badly?” — as if doing us a huge favor.

What confused us the most is that we entered with a smile, greeted everyone politely, and were nothing but respectful. And yet, the attitude we received felt cold and dismissive. We honestly don’t know if it was because we had a baby with us, or if it’s just how they treat certain guests — either way, it left a really bitter taste.
