Greyhound Package Express — Attraction in Newark

Print out your ticket before hand and you’re golden, this is only if you’re traveling I’m not sure abt the package shipment. The staff has probably seen a lot of these reviews and made adjustments. You walk in and go up to the man, he’ll read ur ticket and literally tell you 4 times that he’ll let you know when your bus is here. And he does, that same man, who’s name I didn’t get then proceeded to walk around the waiting room and cheer up everyone that seemed super stressed out assuring them he’ll get them their bus.

Side note the tv that has all the boarding times is usually off so just listen to what ever person told you they’d be taking care of you.

The bus: friendly driver who made sure the ac was cool enough for us and made sure we knew if we were transferring busses at any point. Bus is a tad bit cramped and seats are leather which doesn’t make the most comfortable of seats but the staff was amazing and the bus was amazing in comparison to all of these other reviews. Cheap tickets but great price! WiFi is very bad even though they seem to make a huge deal about having WiFi on board. Just download your movies and music before hand :)

2 seater rows so you don’t have to worry abt an awkward middle seat. And no this is not a paid review, just a stressed out guy going to see his girlfriend, great...

I had a terrible experience tonight my bus departure time was 11:10 p.m. two buses came around that time I asked the first one he said no I'm 30 minutes late another bus came around 11:05 I showed him my tickets and asked him is this my bus he said no when in all actuality it was because the next driver that came I asked him and he said that your boss just came right before me and picked up nine people there is no information booth to help customers and guide them and it's just a bus stop the information booth is across the street two blocks away from the bus stop and it closes early I can't believe that I showed the bus driver my tickets and asked him was this the 11:10 bus and he said no this is the 10:30 bus it was around 11:05 when I asked him that the buses before that were running late they did however give me a courtesy ticket for the next day no though it was a waste of time and money I'm just baffled that I showed the bus driver my tickets and asked him if this was the bus that is leaving 11:10 p.m. and he said no when indeed that was the bus I was...

Today is my birthday and I’m still waiting to get home. our Bus literally came to a halt engine off on the highway in Connecticut. There was a malfunction a leak so we had to get a board another bus which I thought that it was gonna take us back straight into New Jersey with the exception of it having to stop at the George Washington bridge in New York, when we arrived to the bridge everybody had to get off of that because it was not going to Newark Penn station. Here it is one hour later minutes later I am still waiting. my children had to cancel their surprise reservation at one of my favorite restaurants legal seafood. The reservation was for 2:30, this is crazy. I know things happen and I understand, but at the same time, greyhound is responsible for their buses to make sure that they are properly working so these things don’t Happen. Happy Birthday...
