Worst customer service ever in my entire life and I purchase for a living. Called an hour and a half and ago and cannot get anyone on the phone to help me. They say the best they can do is transfer me to the store manager who never answers. I will never order from any papa johns ever or recommend them to anyone. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. The tracker shows delivered and I never receive it and my order was over $50
Update: I spent about an hour an half on the phone on and off calling with a friend from three phones. Best I got was my manager will call back in ten mins. no surprise an hour later and no call...
I had no choice but to drive to the store. Where I asked for the store manager. I told her of my experience and her response was “I called you”. Mind you she called once and this has over an hour and a half later and my pizza was sitting there. She had no care when I told her it would be cold. She insisted after and hour and half sitting there it would be hot. She also claimed her driver called me. I showed her my cell phone call log and she had no care and still blamed me and excused herself by saying she was busy like that’s any kind of an excuse to give a customer. Needless to say I will be putting my very best efforts into getting myself hard at cooperate tomorrow. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.!!!!!! Read more2nd time order from here and same issue. Place an order, then wait. No pizza. Now this is after I make a 2nd call because the person that took my order did not get my hotel room number at the Fairfield Inn and Suites.
I then make a call back to the store and the manager, Miles answers (I did notice a feed back from a Miles person) stated the driver must have brought the pizza back because the pizza is still here. He tried to call you, don't you have a missed call. No, I do not I replied. Then I just state, I'll come pick it up. He then asks, so how long will it take for you to get here. I was like, i dont know... hold on, Google states 7 mins. So he asked what the order was again. I once again repeat the order. I'll tell you what, I'll make you a new pizza, since "what you ordered is probably cold by now", what did you order again. So I repeat what I had ordered.
What a scam!! Never again will I order again from here. I will be making a call to the franchise owner first thing Monday morning!...
