Do not buy in store!!! If you buy online and merchandise isn’t satisfactory upon delivery you are allowed to return it for a refund, but if you buy in store, your only option is store credit! And that is after you’ve spent hours of your time on the phone with customer service.
R2G is an incompetent company with HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a bookshelf daybed for my daughter on June 6th, it was back-ordered for 3 weeks and when it was delivered, the bookshelf headboard had a hole in it and a huge scrape on the top. We sent the whole order back to be delivered the following week. We had already gotten rid of my daughter’s bed so she had no bed to sleep on at this point. The next delivery came with a broken dresser, a huge piece was literally broken off. Since my daughter had no bed we let them set the bed up and sent the dresser back. After the delivery guys left we realized they didn’t put the legs on the bed slats AND had drilled screws through the top of the bookshelf headboard, so they left sharp screws sticking out of the shelf on a child’s bed in a child’s room. Called to schedule re-delivery for the dresser and to have the headboard replaced and was told by a supervisor they would redeliver 3 days later, on Saturday. The day before that delivery they told me it would actually be a week later and said we’d agreed to that delivery date. We had them pull the phone records, and even though after listening to the call they admitted we WERE told Saturday, they just shrugged it off and said they don’t deliver to our area on Saturdays and we shouldn’t have been told that they would. I asked what would happen if we decided we wanted a refund and they said they could pick up the pieces we had instead of redelivering, but my daughter really wanted the bed, so we decided to give it another try. When it was delivered this week 7/11/19, the delivery guys came to the door to tell us the headboard was scratched up and that no hardware had been included for the dresser, so they wouldn’t be able to put the legs on! At this point they are saying we’ll have to wait two weeks to have the items delivered again, we’re actually out of town that week, which will make it at least 3 weeks, beginning of August delivery for furniture we ordered June 6th. After 3 deliveries of broken furniture, and hours spent on the phone with customer service we decided enough was enough and wanted a refund. Spoke to a supervisor at customer service and she told us someone from the store would be calling us about a refund. Never received a call and when we called back, we were told that we would NOT be getting a refund, even though we’d been told twice by two different supervisors that we could. The Newnan store manager, Nick, told us our only option was store credit. We don’t need any new furniture, and this was a $1600 purchase so certainly not that much, but on top of that I would NEVER buy anything from this company ever again. One delivery guy told us he’d had to re-deliver the same items as many as 7 times. You can’t pick a delivery window, they assign you a 4 hour window the day before delivery, so essentially, you’re just forced to lose time off work over and over for broken deliveries. And all at a pretty insane price for furniture so flimsy they actually can’t get it into your home without breaking it, and if they do, they might assemble it improperly and leave dangerous furniture in a small...

Went in, someone took a long time but they greeted me, spoke about what I wanted and was delighted to be ready to purchase. I SPECIFICALLY said I only wanted delivery. Not the set up. It wasn’t until I walked out of the store that I saw it said delivery and set up. I had to come back to ask them to take the set up off and for a refund for that portion. Karen - the very rude office manager there - “handled” it. I’ve yet to receive my refund. Then they deliver the bed, I start putting it together and turns out I’m missing pieces. Allow me to reiterate: MISSING pieces for a 700+ purchase. I called them back and explained the situation and after much back and forth between me and the salesman, they said they would call me back on the following Monday - they DIDN’T. I called rooms to go customer service instead and they said they would send a technician out on the 27th between 12-4. On the 27th and I made sure to cancel all of my plans just to have the technician look at the pieces, determine I was missing the pieces and order the pieces. Technician has been the kindest person so far from this company!! He said to wait 3-5 business days and they would send out the parts and have them delivered to me within these 3-5 business days. A week passed and guess what? No parts. I got an employee to write down that I will be receiving a FULL refund and they sent an authorization to this specific rooms to go.
Then I come to the rooms to go and the people in the little corner office are incredibly rude.
I am beyond disgusted by how badly this has been handled and will NEVER be buying from here again and will be telling people about my experience so they can avoid being treated the way I was and having to deal with missing parts. I do not and will not recommend this place. Spend your hard earned...
Read moreUPDATe to UPDate. Third attempt, at getting this right and they brought a new table. With damaged parts. Again. They have made me an offer that seems fair, but seems a few months too late. If the offer works out as advertised, I'll be back to update one last time. Adding one star for the attempt to make it work. More stars if it pans out

Too bad there aren't negative stars. Received this response over a week ago. Emailed the provided address a couple days later. Received an auto reply saying that "Responding quickly is a priority for us.". Radio silence. Not that months later I'm surprised they're dragging their feet.
Terrible experience. Purchased a table in October of last year. 3 different delivery dates. Chairs came on time, table did not. Finally in early March, that's right, 5 months later, the table was delivered. Except it is missing parts. Then they mail the parts, but they are not the right parts.
At this point all I want is to return this table, but RTG will only offer an exchange. So I can wait on another backordered table? That may or may not be correctly put together or missing parts.
For sure the remainder of the furniture I need will come from another retailer. Not that they care, but RTG has lost a customer over a table that is worth less than 10% of what I have spent with them, as I start over and work on buying all the different furniture I need...
