Who owns this place? You should be absolutely embarrassed. I booked a party months out. We get there, no one greets us. I search for an employee, who was friendly and apologetic, told me they were understaffed. I didn’t pay for understaffed, that’s on the park. Took us 20 mins to get to a party room, no one was there and the kids in the room waited for their bands. We had booked so we could watch the falcons game, I was then informed, I should have been told they no longer have cable. Do I want to speak to the party manager. Really, you don’t have cable, what can they do?! I tried to dismiss this as they ended up offering their computer for me to sign into MY account. Kids waited for water bottles over 15+ mins and continued to ask me for something to drink as it was extremely hot in there. 3/4 of the courses were closed, I asked about that and they advised me a fight had taken place before we arrived and the attraction was closed. Is this on me, the customer?!? We didn’t have jump socks that fit our party, our host was absent for long periods of time so I went to the front with baby socks to exchange for socks that fit, )party goers waited for long amounts of time), I was denied and told my host has to exchange them, well, she was MIA. We waited for extra bands. There wasn’t enough napkins nor plates. My kids went to the cafe to ask for plates. I had to get napkins from the table outside our party room. I paid close to $500, this was booked in advance, there should have been ample staff, ample supplies. Pizza on time and attractions included. I paid for all this! If you have an issue with staffing and/or fights, get your business together! If I walked in for a session I might be okay with all this, but I had booked a party. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a birthday party out of three kids. When you have 12/13 year old kids telling you this place sucks, you have a problem! When 1/2 of your attractions are closed down, you have a problem. When you have pizza orders IN ADVANCE, your customer waits 20 extra mins, all the kids who wanted pepperoni have eaten and 5 are still waiting, you have a problem. When you can’t provide accurate sock size., you have a problem. .When children wait for waters, you have a problem. What a waste of money. I have never been more disappointed at an establishment that caters to children. My two adult children actually asked me to get a refund because they weren’t going to participate as the attractions...

We visited Urban Air in Newnan, GA, on Saturday, July 19th, around 6:30 PM after not having been in several months. Unfortunately, what we hoped would be a fun-filled evening turned out to be a disappointing experience from start to finish.
Upon arrival, there was no line, which we appreciated. I came prepared with both a Bring a Friend for Free pass and a Jump Upgrade pass. When I attempted to use them, I was told by the young lady at the front counter that only one could be applied. When I politely asked why, she had no explanation. I had four children with me, one under the age of five. I clearly explained that I wanted to use the Bring a Friend pass for one of the $21.99 jump tickets and pay separately for the younger child’s admission. Instead, she ignored my request and processed the transaction incorrectly. When I sought clarification, she spoke to me in a condescending tone as if I was unable to understand. I calmly explained the issue again, but unfortunately, it was not resolved.
Additionally, I was told that all attractions were open at the time of purchase, but this turned out to be untrue. Several attractions were closed during our visit, and no signage or notice was given in advance. To make matters worse, the overall atmosphere felt chaotic. Staff members were unprofessional and inattentive. Children were seen cursing and attempting to fight, and shockingly, some staff appeared to be encouraging rather than deescalating the behavior.
A particularly concerning incident involved a short Caucasian man wearing a hat who was stationed near the large red slide. He claimed to be an employee but was attempting to block paying Black guests from entering the attraction without giving a valid reason. The situation was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable.
The cleanliness of the facility was also lacking. Areas that should have been maintained were visibly dirty, and sanitary standards appeared to be an afterthought.
Despite all of this, my children made the best of it, and I’m thankful they still managed to have some fun. However, this was not the quality experience we expected, and based on how things were handled, I do not think we will be returning anytime soon.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously, as this location has the potential to offer something great to the community, but only if improvements are made in customer service, staff professionalism, safety, and...
Read moreI recently hosted a birthday party for my child at the Newnan Urban Air Adventure Park, and I must say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in until the last guest left, everything was impeccably organized and loads of fun.
First and foremost, I have to give a huge shoutout to Daniel, our party host. He was absolutely fantastic! Daniel greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcomed. Throughout the entire event, he went above and beyond to ensure that every child was engaged and having a blast. His energy was infectious, and he managed to keep the party running smoothly without a hitch. Daniel truly made the experience unforgettable, and I can't thank him enough for his hard work and dedication.
As for the facilities, the Newnan Urban Air Adventure Park offers a wide range of activities suitable for all ages. From trampolines to obstacle courses to climbing walls, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The park is clean, well-maintained, and safety is clearly a top priority, which gave us parents peace of mind.
The party packages offered by Urban Air are also excellent value for money. They take care of everything from setup to cleanup, allowing us parents to relax and enjoy the celebration alongside our kids. The party room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff made sure that all the little details were taken care of.
Overall, I can recommend Newnan Urban Air Adventure Park highly enough for hosting birthday parties. The combination of fantastic facilities, excellent party packages, and outstanding staff like Daniel make it the perfect destination for a fun-filled celebration. Thank you, Urban Air, for making my child's birthday party a day to remember! We'll definitely be back for more adventures...
