I could hardly wait to write this review, however, I did wait about 10 days after my appointment just so I could speak honestly about my final results.

First things first: Making an appointment, filling out new patient forms, arriving to office – ALL SO EASY, and enjoyable because of the amazing staff! I set my appointments with Jovanna (who has since left for nursing school). She was SO sweet, patient, and helpful in answering all my questions over the phone. Getting on their calendar was easy and I got in within a week. The office: The office is easy to find, free & ample parking behind building, and suuuuuper cute inside. Clean, fresh, and stylish. First impressions: Anisa walked into the room with a huge smile (at least her eyes looked smiley above her Covid-era mask). She was so warm and friendly. She immediately sat next to me and started giving me a “full face assessment”, while asking what my main concerns were. This was so helpful for me. With past injectors, I’ve walked in, they’ve asked what I wanted instead of suggesting what I NEED. I REALLY wanted a pro like Anisa to assess my face and give me her opinion of what could help refresh me and “wake up” my face. She did just that. We made a game plan, I got some numbing cream applied for my procedure, and within 20 minutes she got to work on me. The process was easy, painless, and enjoyable.

Staff: The girls at this office are in love with each other and their jobs. Plain & simple. You feel happier just being there amongst the positivity! I have been in many medical office settings because of my job, and I’ve never seen such a cohesive, fun, positive, and loving group of people. It was truly refreshing to see.

The end results: It’s been 10 days since my botox and filler. The filler kicked in immediately and settled in PERFECTLY over a few days. The botox is just now starting to show. Anisa was spot on with her assessments of what I needed. My face looks refreshed & youthful, and there are lines missing that I didn’t even know I had! Ha ;-)

Conclusion: Run, don’t walk, to visit Beauty Boost Med Spa. Whether for ongoing treatments, a facial, or a one-time boost, you’ll feel better just being there. I am truly heartbroken. I have been coming here for over a year and I have always had a great customer experience. I’ve always seen Heather and she’s been amazing. I wanted to come in and get a Botox touch up before I move out of state. So I had to see Charlotte. She is new to this location but also very clearly a new injector. That was 2 weeks ago. I noticed movement in my forehead still so I came back today for a “touch up.”

I’m in the room waiting and an assistant nurse comes in and says verbatim “do you want to take any photos today?” That sounds like a question right? I said no as I have said no to photos many times before and had no idea it was an issue. (I only say no because they have posted my photos without consent in the past) that’s it.

Maybe a minute goes by and the nurse Charlotte comes in asking if everything is okay. I tell her I still have movement in my eyebrow. She says “ok no problem we can add just a little bit of Botox above that brow.” “Perfect!” I’m thinking. Until she then goes on to tell me not to be rude to her staff and that photos are required in their policy. GIRL I am shook. Wouldn’t you be a little caught off guard and maybe offended if you’re being accused of something that didn’t happen and that Charlotte wasn’t even there for.

The audio I have posted is from when the nurse Heather who I typically adore, comes in accusing me of the same thing. Coming off very aggressive as if maybe something happened before I got there and it’s being taken out on me. Keep in mind- I am crying in this audio from sheer confusion and honestly my feelings being hurt. And you can still hear how Heather is speaking to me. Someone who has paid this location thousands of dollars.

I will say, based on how today went. I can guarantee you the owner will reply to this review saying I did something wrong and that’s what warranted this behavior. All because I didn’t want photos taken. It’s not even that I didn’t want them taken! I was asked and I said no! WHY ask if the answer has to be yes? Truly heartbroken over this.

The nurse comes in again to take photos. I let her. She then slams the door behind her and that’s when I had enough abuse. I ended up walking out after driving from Rancho Cucamonga to Newport. Only because I felt so extremely uncomfortable having anyone inject me. For fear they would hurt me or purposely inject me...

Where do I start ? 5 stars is not enough !

The drive from my house to Beauty Boost is 1hr30/2hrs (with moderate trafic) one way - I wouldn't go anywhere else for taking care of my face !

2/3 years ago I had pretty bad lips filler done ; the result was more a duck mouth than fuller lips. I went to see Anisa a month ago, very stressed about getting another bad experience - she started with disolving my old filler to start on a good base. I also wanted to have the 2 "wrinkles" on the side of my mouth taken care off. Instead of going for filler, Anisa was very honnest and recommended botox to just relax the muscles at the corner of my lips and give up on the (extreme) pout I had when resting but also talking - the cost was a 3rd of the initial price I was ready to pay ! I went back 2 weeks later for my lips (my schedule being crazy I couldnt do a week later). Anisa injected a full syringe of Juvaderm. I never ever had such a relaxed and PAINLESS experience with face injections - even the numbing shots were barely noticeable. Anisa makes sure to talk to you during the procedure so you know where she's at. She pays attention to detail to get the result you want AND keep it natural. She gave me some tylenol and a little ice pack for the drive back and plenty of advices about what to do and not to do. I was very swollen on the day/next day of the procedure - bruises started showing up on the 3rd day, but easy to cover up with a bit of makeup. Arnica and pineapple juice girls ! I did the filler on a Tuesday afternoon, I could have gone out on Saturday night (with some bruises camouflage).

She is always available by text if you have any (sometimes stupid) questions. And she is just the sweetest and most attentive person.

I went back last week for my follow up appointment : when she says follow up, she doesnt mean just checking quickly that you are properly healed up ; she pays attention to detail and talk to you about what you think of the result. She noticed that one side of my bottom lip was a tiny tiny bit more plumped than the other and did the touch up right away.

She is all about her patient satisfaction and I couldn't be happier with my new naturally super sexy lips.
