I came in looking for the optimal tool for a project on my jeep. A guy behind the counter, I didn't catch his name, came out to the aisles to help me look. He was so helpful and friendly. Easy going. The exact guy that is one of many reasons why you should shop at a local hardware store. He asked to come out to the jeep to see some measurements! Not only did he help me find it, but when we got to the register, he realized the one I grabbed was priced higher than he would expect. Wanted the new blue Weber grille so called them. Two days later the grille is delivered to my house all put together by two friendly guys. I needed screws to reconnect our flat screen TV so stopped in and one of the friendly guys found the perfect match. Fixed my screen door lock. This is all within a month of moving here.
