I had the most disgusting experience at this rip off Tutti yesterday. I left in tears after been verbally abused by this woman. I was fooled by the outlook of this shop as well as the prestigious location. I can not agree more with all other reviews and only wished I had checked before booking.

The pricing for their services are comparable with very high-end places locally and internationally. I've always believed that pricing goes along with the quality and standard of the service. I had expected their high prices to be matched by high quality service, so I decided to book for hair color and cut.

I explained to the woman I have never had very dark hair and chose a lighter color on their color chart, the end result was as dark as hers. Almost identical - which is to say unevenly patchy and old looking. I was speechless. On top of all this, my hair was only rinsed once, and very quickly, after a full-head coloring and the hair cut. Soap was in my ears and water over my eyes. ( she passed me a kitchen paper towel when I requested for a facial tissue).

My hair cut was the worst! It took her no more than 15 minutes from start to finish, I was butchered all over, uneven and chunks of hair gone missing.

I was lost for words but had to be honest with her about my hair cut. She shouted at me like a crazy woman in front of her daughter (receptionist), other staff and customers. "Why don't you like your hair cut, I have 20 years of experience...." she went on none stop in both Korean and English although her daughter and other staff were asking her to back off.

I was shattered by this experience, left in tears and with a horrible hair cut and awful color - so bad that I had to have it fixed elsewhere later that day. I took the advise from a customer in the shop at the time to write a review so that other people don't get fooled, and abused, like me and so many other. Hopefully this company cares enough to listen to customers' experience and make a change.

The most unluxiurus luxury mall ever. The mall is small. Ive been coming here since the 80s. Its always clean. Plenty of parking. A bus that travels there. Only a few bathrooms. One i know by yuniqlo and one in cheesecake factory. It for ever tries to pass it self as a luxury store mall. This isnt Bal Harbor not even close. The food is limited and there is no food court. The escalators sometimes work sometimes dont. There are not that many stores and it always appears dead. Back in the day on the second floor they had these floating platforms to sit and relax. They do have some chairs to sit and wait on first floor with usb-a chargers and wall plugs. Place is handicap accessible. Its never really packed unless its Christmas and santa is there. First floor got Cheesecake factory, Friendly Toast. Second floor Frank Pepes and Tokyo and maybe a coffee shop and a gilato place. If you need to go to a mall ajd looking for cheap stores I suggest you keep driving to natick. I give it 4 for cleanliness and it not being run down. EV chargers are located by...

A small mall, nice but overpriced. On the east and west ends of the mall are Bloomingdale's. Men's department and homegoods on one end of the mall and women's department on the other. In between are a collection of name brand boutiques and a few restaurants. The mall is brightly lit and clean. The main atrium has many skylights to bring in some natural light. The one thing that puzzles me are the center escalators. I don't come to this mall often but it seems that every time I have been there the central escalators and their surrounding area have been blocked off for maintenance. Is this a permanent structural problem or maybe my timing is off. Hard to believe they have been broken for years. All in all. This is a boutique mall with a Bloomingdale's like...
