Lovesac — Local services in Newton

Today may husband and I planned a visit to the LoveSac store. My thoughts were to just explore/take a look at a sectional I had some interest in. We were immediately and kindly greeted upon entering. I had done some research but truly appreciated the in person tutorial. Our original associate was leaving for the day but left us in great hands with Becca. I valued and appreciated the knowledgeable and relatability of both Becca and Carlota. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. We were given multiple option and opportunity to ask any and all questions. Becca caught the fact that I’m an educator and went so far as to share the program that LovSac has for what it calls “Hero’s” it’s wonderful to be seen and acknowledged on this way by a company. Again, my thoughts were not to purchase but further knowledge and clarification about the product. Anyone who knows my husband knows that he is not impulsive, especially when it comes to major purchases. He was throughly impressed with the product as well as the professionalism. I say all of this to say, we left the store today having purchased. It was due to the product but especially the amazing and wonderful sales associates who I imagine go above and beyond with all. They are amazing I had one years ago it felt like I was back in the womb it was so comfortable.My biggest regret was didn't know about the lifetime warranty I had to put it in my basement because my apartment was to small and it flooded and I got mold on my Lovesac so with a heavy heart and pain of Losing something I truly loved I threw it away. I didn't know it had a lifetime warranty and the mold was inside as well I guess it penetrated the cover and the inside where the memory foam is I remember when I got it you have to break up the foam I had the largest one as well like 6 to 8 people could fit on it. R.I.P zebra print LoveSac I'll never forget you and how comfy and cozy you were I'm not in a position to buy another I got hurt pretty bad and have a brain injury and have to apply for SSDI. Becca and her team are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. This furniture is far from cheap, but the customized experience that their team creates more than makes up for the lofty price tag. They really strive to make sure that all your needs are adequately met. I’m grateful for venturing down to their store to get their expertise, because it made for a really positive experience. It doesn’t hurt that the sactional is also pretty damn awesome in and of itself. A “couch” that ultimately conforms to your style and tastes, need I say more? It’s pretty easy to assemble once you learn the various techniques. My advice, watch the videos on the website, pour some wine with your friends, family, and/or loved ones, and just have some fun assembling and creating your work of “couch” art. You won’t be...
