Hedi’s is a hidden treasure in the Chestnut Hill Mall. My husband and I needed a new couch and loveseat. We ended up with a sectional and new family room set, including area rug and cocktail table (and even some decor items). The owner was VERY patient with us, and took the time to explain all the different upholstery and throw pillow options, as well as working with a color scheme to complement the room. He made suggestions and guided us, while accommodating our needs and preferences. Delivery and installation went smoothly. Even after purchase, the owner was willing to answer new questions we had. An added bonus is supporting a locally owned business, instead of a private equity-backed chain which may or may not be around tomorrow (see: Mitchell+Gold). Amazing experience at Hedi's Furniture. In the past I have had great experiences with other interior designers, but always had to work with internet pictures and tiny fabric samples. At Hedi's, the show room is full of furniture that you can touch and sit on, rather just hoping that what you order will be comfortable and high quality. Hedi's provides access to all the same to-the-trade furniture brands as through other interior designers who work with multiple manufacturers but don't have their own large showrooms.
