We stopped by this store in June 2024 to shop for our mattress. Gary, the store associate, greeted us and we started the process. After going through their system we narrowed down our decision. While Gary was very attentive and kind, the process to buy the mattress felt a little 'used car salesmen.' There was a lot of offers to throw something in if we made a decision now and in the end I didn't feel like I got the best deal I could have. Regardless, we submitted our down payment and scheduled the delivery date. The mattress delivery team was fine but they left a bit of damage to the dry wall after leaving that we didn't notice until later. The mattress was delivered June 29th and with the holiday coming up we were focused on that. I called the store back and spoke with the manager who explained they can not do anything since I noticed the damage more than 48 hours later. I reviewed the paperwork they supplied me and didn't see anything that specified that. The manager told me he'd tell the delivery team and they would reach out. Nobody ever did reach out. I called back a week later and spoke with the manager again. He repeated his statement and told me to try the customer service number. I feel that if you come to a store and spend 3000$ on a mattress, the least you can do is ensure the process is smooth for your customer. Also for anyone stuck between two mattresses, go for the cheaper one. Their exchange policy only works for a mattress that is the same price or higher. Read moreI have to say, this is the first time I’ve actually gone to a store to pick out a bed and not just have gone off of someone else’s recommendation. And I’m so mad at myself for not doing so sooner. If you are thinking about buying a new Mattress, you NEED to go in and ask for Gary. He was the absolute most knowledgeable man ever and gave me all of the information needed (and answered all my ridiculous questions after laying in each bed for 15mins at a time and spending 2 hours in the store). Literally not once did he get impatient w me, he couldn’t have been more helpful and warm. And couldn’t have been less pushy. I could tell he just genuinely wanted me to get a good night sleep. They have this awesome technology where you lay in a bed and you answer questions on the screen and it uses a compression system to recommend the perfect type of bed for your build and issues. Then Gary took those recommendations mixed with the things I told him I wanted and showed me different beds I’d like. And long story short (long) I bought the most perfect new bed ever. So if you’re a sleepy girl like me (or sleepy guy) and your bed means everything to you (or if it doesn’t) ABSOLUTELY go see Gary and he’ll help you out.
