Crumbl — Restaurant in Newtown Township

Happy to have tried this place but can't say I'd crave anything enough to return. As a first timer here I wasn't sure what to expect for flavors and decided to buy a box of 4 different cookies & 4 ice cream flavors.

Ordering and pick up: I ordered pretty late at night and selected car side delivery. I pulled up and waited a few minutes but no one came out with the order. It looked like they were cleaning for the end of the day so I walked inside instead. Once inside, the store was packing the order even though it was past the pick up time (no biggie). The woman who packed the order was very friendly. The store looked clean and well kept.

The cookies: The cookies were quite large. Once home, I was able to cut them into about 7 pieces. It was great because everyone could try each flavor. The cookie texture was soft without any crunch. The flavors I bought were red velvet (5/5 - tasted like cake), cinnamon fry bread (3/5 - icing dollop was a bit odd as it tasted like cinnamon butter), sugar cookie featuring mothers circus animal (3/5 - tasted like a standard sugar cookie. It was missing the circus animal cookie topper) and Mallow sandwich featuring oreo (2/5 - my least liked flavor. The cookie part tasted like the outside of an oreo but the inside of the cookie had little flavor. This cookie leaned more towards cake texture in my opinion).

Ice cream: The ice cream flavors sounded great, but I found the ice cream to be disappointing. I found the ice cream to be quite similar to a store bought ice cream. In the future I would not spend additional money on the ice cream and would stop at the grocery store if I felt ice...

it really takes a lot for me to write a bad review so i promise im not a karen but i will never come back to this location. 1. i know this is out of ur control but the parking lot is HORRENDOUS i almost got hit twice while looking for a spot. that’s another thing there’s nowhere to actually park in front of the crumbl there’s like 5 damn spots that are ALWAYS taken so you have to circle around for 5-10 mins (sometimes longer) to even find a spot. 2. i did an online order for a REASON i was on a major time crunch and it said my order was ready yet i had to proceed to wait 10 extra minutes so that all the in store people could get their orders first when i literally ordered ahead of time. they also all had boxes of 4 i literally had one lousy cookie that i SAW was there and ready so i don’t know why they couldn’t have just gave it to me. and lastly 3. to top it all off when i opened the box when i got home i saw they totally scimped on the icing so there’s like barely any icing and that’s the whole reason i got this cookie because the icing looked good. yes the woman showed me the cookie before i left but at an angle where i wouldn’t see how she scimped on the icing. please do better!!!! you guys are clearly understaffed and that’s an issue!!! the store should never be so packed that barely anyone can fit and people have to stand outside to wait for it to be...

The chocolate chip was cold. I asked if they could warm it up to one of the employees who handed the box to me (female, tall “, blonde hair) she walked away from the counter and threw her hands up giving us an attitude for no reason. I’m sure the owner can see this on their cameras, it was that bad. Then she gets a lady who stated she was the manager and tells me it was in the warmer. I asked her to feel the cookie because it’s possible the warmer isn’t working and it’s informing them. She said sorry nothing we can do. I understand things happen. I then told her about her associate and how she acted out for no reason l, during this time that same employee was laughing. It was out of line and uncalled for all over a customer simply asking if the dang cookie can be warmed up. I know half the employees are kids and don’t care but when your throwing your hands up in the air, it can be dangerous because if she did it on the other side of the counter I would take it as she was about to hit me as she did it angrily.
