I had a great experience at the Newtown PA location, It was pretty busy when I arrived, but I was greeted by Steve (I think- Manager or Owner) he was grateful I had come in and gave a brief explanation of menu and said it was probably be about a 13 mins wait from where I was standing to the front of the line, but in the passing time to check out the menu online, and if I had any questions to let him know. Its nice when you get someone who makes a realistic expectation for my visit. I didn't mind waiting I knew it was a new location and the staff was swamped! After all it was only their first week there. Kudos to you guys & gals!
I did order the Spicy Sonoma Caesar Salad. It was a pretty large size & Good! I actually couldn't finish it. A little spicier then I anticipated but otherwise very delicious. I think the Pickled pepper actually tasted like Jalapeño, but Ingredients were very fresh, easy to order and change if needed, but still great the way it was, and it came with a slice of bread, I also asked for a fountain drink which was off to the side where I could fill on my own. I got the basic organic black tea, pretty basic unsweetened tea. At the same station as the drink fountain, they also have Forks, Spoons, lids, napkins etc. My only suggestion is to supply butter for the bread where the rest of the stuff is over by the door, But still had a veryy great meal. I would go back again, no problem.
I would suggest anyone who does go to this location keep in mind the parking lot isn't the best and you may have to walk( which I did) which again no worries, cause that isn't on the restaurant , its the Brixmors issue. So be patient, kind, and forgiving to things that maybe be out of their control.
Thanks for a good experience...
Read moreI recently visited Chopt, and I have to say, I was really impressed with both the service and the overall quality of the salad experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient—taking the time to answer my questions about different toppings and helping me customize my salad just the way I wanted.
The dressings at Chopt are truly exceptional. Whether you prefer something creamy or tangy, they’ve got you covered with a great variety. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients in everything they offer, from the fresh greens to the perfectly crisp veggies and tender proteins.
It’s also clear that the management at Chopt cares about the customer experience. The place was clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I felt like the staff was genuinely interested in making sure my meal was perfect. Ask for Ryan, he’s the best! Always welcoming and positive!
Overall, if you’re looking for a fresh, delicious salad with fantastic service and a commitment to quality, Chopt is definitely the...
Read moreI was very excited to try Chopt, but was easily disappointed. The total for 2 salads was $30. No drinks or extra stuff. The salads are large but $15 is just crazy. And they are not even that good tasting. I chose the “create your own salad”. I wanted a regular Cesar salad because there was no option for that on the menu. The worker made me pick 2 extra toppings even though I was done choosing what I would like. So she made me put carrots on the Cesar salad! Not to mention I didn’t know what any of the toppings were because they do not have labels! I have no idea what kind of cheese I put on my salad and it was very hard to choose what to put on the salad because not all of the options were even visible. I did not have a good experience here, and will not be coming back. I recommend just buying salads from the grocery store that you mix up yourself, they are much better and more affordable. And they don’t have carrots in the Cesar salad. Barely any of the toppings too, $15 dollars for mainly...
