I can’t praise the employees at Niceville Design Studio enough!!! They go above and beyond what they should to help you get the results you want. I first met Abbie when picking out tile to match what I had bought for my bathroom floor. Not only was she sweet but she was very knowledgeable. I ordered all the tile for my contractor to instal. Needless to say after a week we had tile falling off the wall. After many attempts to fix his mistakes we decided to stop anymore work from him and I called Abbie. Being distraught Abbie assured me that they would get the job completed correctly and as I wanted it. Abbie was at my home the next morning for measurements. We had the shower ripped back out and reinstalled. The whole time Abbie walked me through the process, made sure I was comfortable and aware of all things that were going on and why they were being done. When I met Alex the guy who would tile our shower he was very friendly and professional. The first day he installed the water tight kurdi system and we could tell a 💯 difference in the work. Over the next two days he showed up on time, ready to work (still so quiet) we almost forgot he was there. The tile and grout came out beautifully. At this point they were finished. I was 💯 excited over the outcome. Let me just say though that when my vanity arrived while they were working on the shower the marble top was destroyed. This was not ordered through Abbie but she was right there to put me in touch with another company to get me settled. I then came across needing a plumber to install the plumbing for the vanity and who helped Abbie!! Like I said above and beyond!!!! They didn’t have to help me with those things because it was not in their job quote but they did and in that itself makes them deserve a 20 star review!! Niceville design will be doing not only or guest bath but our kitchen as well!!!!

Abbie stepped in and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was impeccable- always prompt, clear and detailed. She kept me updated with photos and her attention to detail was truly impressive. Tremendous company! From the showroom to the employees they take care of you from start to finish. The showroom makes it easy to pick materials (other than having too many options to narrow down ;). Abigail was quick to answer our questions and get back to us promptly. They use high-end waterproofing materials and most importantly, they show up when they say they will! Their tile installers (Jimmy) and plumber (Hunter) were meticulous in their work. They will schedule a time to come back and finish the grout once it has time to settle and breathe. They care about their work and your happiness. The job isn’t over when they receive the final payment. They will come back and make sure you are happy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
