The mall smells, it literally smells like sweat, urine and spice put together. Mold on the walls, bugs everywhere along the side corners of the place. The employees stare a lot. I walk into the grocery store next to the Ashiana restaurant downstairs and the cashier plus the floor attendant are following me and continuously asking if I need any assistance. I mean seriously, why would I need assistance in getting some mangos from the fruit section after I clearly said I'm good the moment I walk into the store?
There is no directory to guide you when you walk into the mall.
Its also called "Global Mall" yet the whole mall is just Indian stuff. Not that there is anything wrong with that but at least just right " Indian Mall" outside
I'm okay with clothing stores but it seems like there are no diverse amounts of content. The Cricket store was unique and alright. The ayurvedic plant based dietary store was alright too.
Overall, the experience was bad but considering its practically the only Indian Mall I have seen in Georgia.
I guess it will do considering the fact that you wouldn't find some those cultural dresses in...
Read moreI come to this place every 2 weeks and spend my money here in Multiple businesses which . Today, I had lunch at Mumbai Masala- my one favorite place in the mall. That will end today no matter how good the food is, customer service and disrespect is something that no matter where you are should always be the highest standards when serving the community that supports any business. There was a rude man who looked at me and blatantly cut me while I waited in line putting handing his credit card to the cashier before she even got a chance to address me. After I told him I was waiting in line, he became belligerent while the cashier did NOTHING, he then proceeded to stand at the counter after I left and talk about me to the cashier while she laughed in another language. Is his money better than mine? Why did your cashier ignore me and told ME to stop talking and condone that type of behavior. It was unacceptable. Whatever happened with the man happened, but the representation of this business displayed today showed how disrespectful a man could be ( even with a kitchen full of women making the food) and condone...
Read moreEvery vendor in food court rips you off. I don't understand why people go here to eat. It is unfortunate that I have to go there to take people who come visit me.
Terrible service, their motto is how to take most amount of $ from customer without giving service customer deserve. People behind the counters have no smile, they don't greet and no thank you for giving them business.
No vendor give receipts. Which is amazing because same people who buy from those vendor including vendors themselves ask for receipt for french fries or drink that cost $1 or $2 at fast food place when they or their kids buy.
What a hypocrite community. No wonder many of the kids who are born here avoid being associated being with these types of place and people.
For once learn something from original people of this geeat country and improve your service, be honest, stop cheating your own people for mere $ and thank them when they buy from your shop and give them receipts they right fully deserve, finally greet your customer with smile; otherwise, eventually it'll haunt back and there will be no one in line for you to...
