Norcross Pharmacy — Attraction in Norcross

I rarely rarely leave reviews unless it's absolutely is hoarding to me and I definitely have to leave one of his Pharmacy because they literally bend over backwards to help you out and help whatever situation any maybe such as a pharmacy get on top of it like you are there only patient. And you still treated as though you are there only patient and it feels great they know you by your name they remember the medications you are on...etc etc. Everyone has a friendly smiling face at all times and greet you with that smiling face each and every time and Sears barely even assuming it weighs waiting on your medication most of the time. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 15 minutes for my medicine. Mr. Lopez one of the pharmacist has gone above and beyond each and every time I've had an issue with one of my prescriptions in Pharmacy issues for example and he takes care of the problem most of the time right been in right there and if not as soon as you walked out of the store I promise you he is working on it because every time it's been so so super fast especially I've noticed compared to other Pharmacy so now I live a little further from this Pharmacy by still drive out of my way to come here because of the family feel of the place, super sweet staff, and I feel like it's my Pharmacy my little Pharmacy that I go to and always will go to for my family. There's so many pharmacists out there that just made me feel like they could care less but I promise you you will never ever have that experience or feeling at this Pharmacy when going to get your medication for your family or yourself. There's not enough stars to rate this Pharmacy can I totally mean that I'm not a family member I'm not a friends and other co-worker I'm honestly a real true client of this Pharmacy my family and I and I honestly cannot think everyone enough for everything you have done for us and my family. I want to thank you mr. Felipe for helping me out with anything and everything over the years. I want to thank the owner she is so super sweet and she has definitely helped more than she can imagine and she works so super hard. I just want everyone to know that I appreciate everything this place is like a family of Their Own who really loves their customers. They honest-to-god I truly care. This used to be my best Phamarcy ever but today they really destroyed that reputation. They really put my health in danger because of their incompetence over something so simple as changing my delivery address and it resulted in me missing two doses of my medication. I’m very dissapointed in the way everything was handled and it resulted in me thinking ladies who work here are racist. A simple sorry after making a mistake with a customer makes a difference but the ladies here couldn’t be bothered and I ended up asking one of them if I was a different race would they still treat me the way they did today. You did me wrong, I wasted my time coming to your phamarcy to change my address for delivery and then someone very incompetent wrote a wrong address. Then I call the pharmacy to ask where the meds were and they said they were returned to the phamarcy, well how about giving a courtesy call to just tell me that the package was delivered back and it turned out you had copied address the wrong way and send to a wrong address. That was Thursday and the person on the phone said they will send the meds. Friday, Saturday I was patient thinking the meds are in transit and Sunday I try to call because I had run out of meds only to find out they close on Sunday and Monday they were closed too. Tuesday I go there to the Phamarcy and then I met these two ladies who were actually not even bothering to at least apologize for wasting my gas, time and my two missed doses. They were not even bothered and it really dissapointed me that people could lack empathy like that yet they work with the public and they had wronged me. All I wanted was an apology but I had to beg it out of one of the ladies there. They really made me feel so inferior and useless and stupid. That wasn’t cool at all. These ladies need to treat people with respect and dignity regardless of color not those plastic smiles they do when...

UPDATE I am so happy to say that Daisy is back. She is so sweet, kind, and caring. She always says hello to me as soon as I walk in the door. In fact everyone does and that is what sets this pharmacy apart from all the rest in my opinion. The pharmacist Bob is such a caring man. He is so nice and really takes the time to speak with you and make sure that you are doing ok and that you understand completely about your medications. I really appreciate that. The owner Ms. Gerri is such a sweet lady. She always has a smile on her face and asks me how I’m doing and genuinely cares about her customers. This pharmacy makes me feel like I’m apart of their family when I go in and that is why I have been with them for well over a decade and will choose them over any other pharmacy any day🫶💗

I Used to be so happy walking into this pharmacy. When I would walk in everybody knew my name they were so sweet and kind, always had a genuine smile they made me feel they were happy to see me. The owner Ms. Gerri I absolutely love. She’s so nice and kind. The pharmacist was super nice and so were the assistants. Lately as I come in there are new assistants working here and they seem so cold and unfriendly they’re not like the other people that used to work here. When I would walk in they would smile, they would say hello Mrs. Palmer how are you doing!! They knew my name. That meant a lot. Ms. Gerri is the only one that speaks to me now if she’s not too busy. It used to feel like a Small town little pharmacy where everybody knew everybody and now it is starting to feel like more of a commercial pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens. This really saddens me. I really like the older gentleman pharmacist that works here though. He seems like a very kind and caring person. Hopefully...
