This place charged us a dollar over ticket price on a pair of sweatpants, Erik the cashier tried to tell me that there was nothing they could do because "corporate" sets the price- stated he was ACTUALLY the manager when we asked to speak to them and "couldn't do anything about it" then and Erik said, "It's ONLY a dollar..." so we returned it on the spot. I have a complaint into corporate for his blatant stealing practices!

Update: a call into Customer Services confirms this is a brand-new manager and he was incorrect when he stated he "couldn't do anything about the price" that was clearly marked wrong. DO NOT allow them to steal from you. It will be a LONG time before I recommend anyone...

I wouldn’t go to this store if they were giving away free merchandise. The manager Angela is a very unprofessional individual. Never can get help in the shoe department when we USED to shop there. Angela insults her staff and cusses throughout the day. Big 5 should be embarrassed to have such a horrible manager running an inferior store. We used to like Big 5, until they treated the public like second class citizens. They even make fun of customers after they leave the store. I called On Monday 4-13-20 and asked about trampolines the big ones and they didn't have then in stock and informed me they would get some in on the truck coming in the morning. I asked if I could hold one they said no. We went to the store the next day and they had been holding them for customers calling in since 6am. Really WHY couldn't I hold one!!!
